This was our first time travelling with our family and we enjoyed it tremendously. The overall experience was wonderful and the staff were all friendly and very helpful and most importantly the ship was very clean. I would recommend to friends and family to take a cruise on the Equinox.

We had a Great time on the Equinox and maybe would go on it again! Kind of a small ship, but the Crew was FANTASTIC!!! Maybe even the BEST ever and we've cruised about 20 times too!!

The ship was awesome. We also loved the shows every night. The food was good. I feel I gained weight during the week. The beach on St Thomas island was very beautified, as well as the fortress on Puerto Rico island.

I will definitely cruise on Celebrity again, we already wish we were back! Celebrity service is exceptional, while we would love if Celebrity came up with an app for a large group to communicate with each other, we made it work and had a wonderful time. Our group consisted of 22 people.

I have been on many cruises this was one of the best we did not have one complaint everything was wonderful from the staff the service the food the activities that shows it was a wonderful trip

Excellent cruise. We cruise every year and Celebrity never fails to provide a luxurious time. Activities are best left for Norwegian lines but Celebrity has better rooms, balconies and food.

We had a great time, boarded with 2500 strangers, left with lots of friends. The Celebrity experience was just what my wife and I had been looking for... we'll be back!

We had a great time and excellent experience on the Equinox! We'll be back to Celebrity. The staff, service, food and overall condition of the ship was excellent!

This cruise is great for mature adults looking to relax endulge, great food service and entertainment. It's not for younger crowd looking for more activities just water slides, rock climbing, parting etc. it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Really loved the ports on this cruise. Beautiful Islands! Ship was very enjoyable. Food was fair. Service was good for the most part. Great wait staff. Our waitress was great. Shared some great stories with us and provided great service.

The cruise staff was amazing and gave really good service. We loved our balcony room 7232. The main restaurant was good, but the buffet was just okay. It's better than some buffets that I've had on all-inclusive islands, but not as good the buffet on Norwegian's Breakaway.  The entertainment also needs work- the performers and acrobats were very talented, but the theater performances had no storyline and there should be more Celebrity Life activities like game shows. 

My family and I had a wonderful time on the cruise!  I loved the laid back experience, where we could all enjoy our time and meet for dinner together each night.  We went to most of the shows, and while they were fantastic, I think there could be a bit more variety. The staff and crew were amazing, everyone was so nice and helpful!  I think they should be able to wear more laid back attire to be more comfortable/cool. I would recommend this cruise to others, for sure!  Our cabin housekeeper Peter was Wonderful!  He was always there to help and make sure we didn't need anything and enjoying ourselves completely. We dined at Sushi on 5 one day for lunch and that was also superb!  Delicious food, with great customer service!  The pastry woman Christine was the most pleasant person and we looked forward to her stopping by our table (even though I am not a pastry lover). Our waiter Omer, Jasminka and (i'm so sorry i forget the other man's name) but they were all amazing!  They made our dinner so enjoyable by being so nice, pleasant and accommodating!  Everyone was a joy to be around. 

The pros...

1.   Great ship. Loved the indoor pool, especially on the day it rained. Loved the green lawn on the top of the ship. Went there to lay in the shade and enjoy a little quiet as there were not many people there. Restrooms are beautiful and kept very clean. Many nice cozy lounges with luxurious extremely comfortable couches and chairs.

2.   Excellent customer service throughout the ship. Our room steward was outstanding--the best we've had and this is our 4th cruise.

3.   It was very nice to be greeted with a glass of champagne upon boarding the first day.

4.   The silent disco was a lot of fun.

5.   The coffee was very good and a nice selection of teas.

6.    The shows in the theater were much better than the other 3 cruises we have been on which were not Celebrity.

Cons....

1.   Very bland food in the main dining room. My husband is not a professional chef but an excellent cook, and his cooking was much better. It seemed they ran out of salt, pepper and sugar in the kitchen. Sauces were tasteless as were the desserts. The vegetables which was steamed carrots and cauliflower was straight from the cafeteria which they had every night.

2.   Food was much better in the cafeteria, but they repeated most items for lunch and dinner.  Desserts were soggy and tasteless.

3.   Not enough onboard activities. Mostly it was just activities that involved selling you something.

4.   It rained the whole day we were in St Marteen, and it would have been nice if they had a Plan B of onboard activities planned for when it rains. Really there was nothing going on.

5.  A wonderful jazz quintet played one night only. The rest of the cruise they were playing with the backup band during the shows. Not really any live music going on in the lounges/bars except a guitar and singer.

6.   It was horribly annoying to always have them trying to sell you a drink package from the moment you step foot on the ship.

We had our whole family on the cruise. It was a wonderful experience and would definitely repeat. I can't say enough about the special birthday my daughter had with your wonderful stuff. Omar and peter made it even better.

This cruise was great with the exception of the storm we went through! Celebrity staff members were amazing and made every effort to make that extra day at sea fun.

My favorite ports were the Grand Cayman Islands and Cozumel. Beaches were pretty. While I am glad we had the cultural experience of Costa Maya, I would not want to book the excursion through anyone else but Celebrity in the future. It was the only one I booked on the internet and not through the cruise line. It felt a little "sketchy" and I was traveling alone with my granddaughter.

I would definitely recommend Celebrity! Looking forward to future adventures.

Overall excellent service in the cabin and dining. Our main cabin guy Jaime kept our room clean all day making it twice a day. Our late dining team Hernando and Utami were excellent! itinerary  could be better with overnight stays at Cozumel or Cayman Islands.  Great shows! Need to provide more activity and entertainment for teenagers and younger to  mid adults as far as having nightly DJ's,  the the only activity We enjoyed  was the LGBT night party that was so much fun! The food choices were awesome and delicious in the buffet and main dining area.  As far as the spa, I made an appointment so I can experience spa services luxuriously and don't mind paying triple the price,  got very disappointed that they provided atypical general manicure and pedicure nothing luxury at all! My Vietnamese mani/pedicure ladies on land are way  better and do these services on a spa chair withelectronic and hand  massagesI the cruise spa pedicure area ; I was sitting on a bench while getting my pedicure done I had to ask for a magazine, and towels to rest my head on and to cover my legs!  I also asked how come there was no relaxing music going on it was quiet other than hearing the foot whirlpool. Other than that  I would recommend this cruise ship and will cruise again with this cruise line again in the future with a better offer

The cruise wasn't too bad.  We ran into bad weather in the beginning of the week.  Celebrity cannot be blamed for this, but more should have been available to do while in the bad weather.  Dining room food was okay.  Time waiting for your food was long.  I almost prefer to go to the buffet instead of spending two hours in the dining room.  Prices on the specialty restaurants have increased to a point where it is not worth going.  Waiting at a bar for a drink was also a long wait...why bother with a package....you can't even get served quickly.  Nightly entertainment was very good.  Had to upgrade my beverage package because the liquors provided on a basic package really didn't do it for me....also no RedBull on basic package.

loved our room nice amount of space as compared to others.  food was good you knew what to pick loved the persian garden spa.  did not like how much they changed for the internet use.   in my opinion charging gratuities automatically is tacky and a little unprofessional but these are small things compared to all the other good amenities, services and entertainment they had

Great, very relaxing cruise with nice destinations. Ship is beautiful and clean but weird design choices make it not as fun as it could be. Wasted space of lawn area could be remodeled into something fun. Area was rarely used by passengers. I mean, how fun is watching grass grow? Promenade deck doesn't circle ship, was being cleaned often (so sections closed), and was deserted. Hard to change, but they need to get creative and rethink that space. Glass blowing show was nice and educational. Food is good but cruise food on all lines had gone downhill. Oceanview Cafe repeated menu daily. Large dining room good but nothing exceptional. Didn't go to pay restaurants. Good boarding and disembarking process. Generally older, more formal crowd with lots of loyal Celebrity sailors. Piped-in music choices need rethinking. Live music by DJ on pool deck and not live band. Disappointing. Overall a very nice cruise with the lesser quality being experienced on all ships on all lines.
