This was our first time travelling with our family and we enjoyed it tremendously. The overall experience was wonderful and the staff were all friendly and very helpful and most importantly the ship was very clean. I would recommend to friends and family to take a cruise on the Equinox.

The atmosphere in the specialty restaurants were appropriate. The dining rooms and the buffet areas were clean. The service staff were all helpful, friendly and courteous.

Our waiter Sudarna and his assistant Ivan were very courteous and very friendly. Our room steward, Sim was very nice, polite, and always looking out for us.

The crew did a fantastic job of keeping the ship clean, especially in the outside cabin bathrooms.

Ship tip
Book excursions early if you plan on taking excursion through the cruise. Most of the excursions for Grand Cayman were sold out, especially if traveling with a big group (we had 13 of us).
Lots to do in Cozumel. We went on an ATV excursion to Jade Caverns and snorkeling afterwards. The only unfortunate thing was that our tour guide for snorkeling did not speak English.
Loved Grand Cayman. Did scuba diving. The time spent in the island was too short as we disembarked from the ship at 11:45a (due to the time waiting for the tendering) and returned at 4:30p. There was not enough time to do two exursions or do some shopping.
