I have been on many cruises this was one of the best we did not have one complaint everything was wonderful from the staff the service the food the activities that shows it was a wonderful trip

Was very organized - there were no lines and we were able to get right on the ship once we checked in versus checking in and sitting in a big room with a lot of people for a couple of hours before they allow you on the ship.

Food was excellent - specialty restaurants were exceptional - main dining area was wonderful staff was friendly and accommodating - food was delicious - buffets were also delicious something for everyone

Pools and Hot Tubs were very clean - well-equipped gym - spa services were wonderful and very professional - plenty of shops for those who love to shop - something on the ship for everyone

Singers and dancers were very professional and entertaining - comedian was very funny

Ship was very clean workers were always wiping down the handrails - tables in the buffet area were always wipe down and clean - call area was constantly being picked up and taken care of

Cabin was very comfortable and exceptionally clean - cabin steward was wonderful

Book specialty restaurants ahead of time or as soon as you get on the ship
I liked the shopping in Cozumel - we went to the Occidental for a resort for the day - was not impressed with the Occidental it was not the cleanest Resort the drinks were watered down and the food was mediocre
