Very relaxing trip and excellent service by the crew.

Celebrity Equinox is a first class ship with excellent, helpful and cheerful staff. The food was quite good. The buffet is the best I've seen on cruise ships. The only downside was the excursion from Cozumel to Tulum. This is our 25th cruise and this was without a doubt the worst excursion we experienced. The guide was terrible. He spoke English well, but failed to tell us much about the ruins at all, mostly spending time on tangents. I won't go into too many details about him here. This was an 8.5 hour excursion. We wasted a lot of time getting to the ruins, including 30 minutes at a Tequila shop. When we got to the ruins, we spent a half hour on the field next to them looking at rocks in the ground that were foundations of homes that no longer exist. He then told us we could go look at the ruins, but be back at the bus (a 15-20 minute walk) in a half hour, then left us to find our way back to the bus which was confusing as we left by a different gate than we entered. It was inexcusable to abandon us at the ruins rather than staying to show us the way back. All together, this was 8.5 hours in the heat and a poorly air conditioned bus (that reeked of urine) for less than 15 minutes of actually seeing the ruins. When I complained to the Excursions Manager, he told me he would refund 10% of the excursion price. After our group wasted a cruise day on this excursion, he tossed us $10 and basically said "go away," making sure I understood that this was a contracted tour company. It was always my impression that Cruise Lines stood behind their excursions.

Not in. Key West long enough. Actually would have liked more time in grand Cayman and cozumel. Not greatly impressed with Costa Maya I love the beach, Botswana weed. Not much. There beyond port. Had a great dolphin experience there though.

Overall, my family had a great time on the cruise. Our biggest complaint was that as we are a little bit younger than most of the cruisers on this cruise line (my family is two parents and three kids between the ages of 22-25) we got a little bored on the ship as there were not many activities going on.

Our cruise was a very windy for six of the eight days we were onboard and my wife does not do wind at all, so being inside a lot, we found very little to do. I think that they should have more activities to watch or do for their guests.

Usually I prefer mid-sized ships. This is the largest one I've sailed on, and I have to say the experience was good. There were no long lines to stand in ever except for the initial boarding. The ship is very beautiful and comfortable. Service and food were excellent.

We absolutely loved this cruise! The ship was beautiful! Our room was always clean. The staff was so nice and helpful. We had Randy, Pauline, and Sudipta providing us with dinner every night. They made us feel special every night. They were perfect! The service could not have been better. Our cruise director was hilarious and every event on the ship was fun. Everywhere we went was beautiful! We would recommend this cruise to everyone!!

Great time on a super clean and friendly ship. Silent disco was a blast. The shows were really good, comedian was okay. Food and service in the dining room was excellent! My only complaint would be annoying people pushing drink packages and specialty dining and people "reserving" beach chairs ALL DAY LONG and not even being there. Pool monitor did nothing which made it hard to find a seat. Cruise director was fun.

The Equinox was clean and very comfortable. The food in Ocean Biew Cafe was excellent (Beef Wellington) to salads and deserts. Many no sugar added selections Great variety. Love no smoking in common areas, especially casino. Great activities on board. The shows were excellent. The Captain, Captain Kate, sets a high bar for service and friendliness.

The dinning room menu and food was a disaster. Selection was very limited and the choices were not good at all. Twice I did not eat my food and there was no good 2nd choice. Once we ate on the 14th floor We love lobster night and usually have 2. The lobster was tough and tasteless. I cancelled my 2nd. The entertainment on the ship was the worst we have ever seen on a cruise ship. We have cruised 12 times 5 times on Celebrity (our favorite) we will not be sailing on Celebrity again.

Super cruise. Great people and great ship. The future cruise group was very helpful.

Booking with saved us a bunch of money. Had a great cruise. I would definitely use them again.

Celebrity cruise lines are definitely an elite way to cruise. First rate in most every way. Simply add more deck chairs and vet the tours a bit better and it will be 5 star all the way! Can’t wait to cruise with them again

The main reason for our cruise is to spend days in New Orleans and surrounding area......WW I I Museum, plantation tour, shopping, art, historic sites, Garden District, restaurants such as Brennans, jazz music, seafood and the beignets!!!!!!!

Great staff, great food, great cabin A different choice of ports would be great other than Freeport and Costa Maya

This was a WONDERFUL cruise - we especially enjoyed that it docked at so very many of the US ports!

In summary celebrity cruise lines is no longer the cruise line it once was, it lacks service at LAC structure it lacks supervision

I had so much fun and had a very good solo experience on this ship. I was never bored or lonely. I shared my meals with very friendly people at the dinner tables in the Silhouette dining room.
