Review summary

The dinning room menu and food was a disaster. Selection was very limited and the choices were not good at all. Twice I did not eat my food and there was no good 2nd choice. Once we ate on the 14th floor We love lobster night and usually have 2. The lobster was tough and tasteless. I cancelled my 2nd. The entertainment on the ship was the worst we have ever seen on a cruise ship. We have cruised 12 times 5 times on Celebrity (our favorite) we will not be sailing on Celebrity again.

I agree with your comments. We to have used Celebrity on various cruises and recommend them constantly. We were embarrassed to take our parents on our recommendation to receive awful service which cost us allot of money for four of us. We will not cruise Celebrity anymore. The captain was nice and trying to bring a more modern approach to her willingness to be friendly but her ship was lacking personal approaches from places we needed it.. We have honestly had an awful experience and wasted our hard earned savings on this cruise. We upgraded to concierge which was also wasted money.. Goodbye Celebrity...such a shame

We’ve had five cruises on Celebrity ships one of which was the Equinox and we loved the ship and have two more booked, one this fall on the Equinox. We have always been impressed with the cleanliness, service, food and entertainment on Celebrity. We’re retired and don’t care to be on a cruise line with children running around and taking over the pool. It is funny that the person who posted this review has no cruises listed under his name.

Some people are always negative. Can’t be pleased. Will be on the Equinox in September for the fourth time. It has been terrific every time. Counting the days

Cruised the Mediterranean and then transatlantic on Equinox. That was 16 days on the ship. Every meal was delicious, entertainment was wonderful and staff and crew most courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We have cruised several cruise lines and Celebrity is by far our favorite. We do not understand the negative review.

I’ve never seen a review like this about Equinox, and if you cruised 5 times on Celebrity why would you stop, there are other ships.

They been on 12 cruises and don't know the difference between decks and floors. They been on 12 other cruise but there are no reviews for them.
