This cruise was ok aimed more at a mature group though. The room was pretty mush the same as on any other cruise.

Wonderful This was our first cruise it was awesome! Vacation Outlet was terrific. We had such a great time we booked a cruise for next year!

We have cruised on the Celebrity before, but found this particular cruise a bit disappointing. It gets hot in the Caribbean in July! While we enjoyed spending time at the pool and on deck, we would have liked more onboard activities at times when the ship was not in port. Also the food has declined on Celebrity in recent years. Some of the staff members who helped us were terrific, but others were clueless (like the guy at the customer relations desk who was reluctant to let us to fill out a comment card with feedback solicited about the ship because it was the wrong day!). These type of incidents occurred frequently enough to make us question whether we would want to take this cruise again. On the other hand, the Eclipse is a beautiful ship with lovely staterooms and a nice itinerary.

Great food and service except they gave our table away after the first two days using a BS excuse. Late got our table back for the last 2 days. Wine service could have been much better. I like a glass of wine BEFORE I begin eating.

One of our favorite ships that we have cruised on before. Not overly crowded and very clean.

every thing was great we had a pleasant time inside the ship as well as ports too we enjoyed all the time the food was great too all the staffs were very polite and friendly as well too

Overall we really enjoyed cruising with celebrity and will sail with them again. We ended up spending a lot of time up in the lawn club area because there was never enough seating by the pool, but we actually enjoyed that more for relaxing and reading.

We had a wonderful time on this ship. The food, service, drinks, shows were wonderful. The staff were very attentive & they were all so good to us. I have sailed before, but this was the best cruise I have ever taken.

The cruise itself, though most of its duration, was excellent! It was primarily in the disembarkation process that things went downhill—the process was poorly organized and matter of cruise credit usage was a mess.

The food was great. I actually preferred the Ocean View Cafe over the Silhouette dining room. All meals and entries we tried were very good and there was great variety. The other free restaurants were great and Sushi on 5 is very affordable and high quality. There was enough comfortable seating in most areas of the ship. The main pool gets pretty crazy during the middle of the day but that's expected. The ship is in pretty good condition but might need a refurb pretty soon. The stateroom bed was comfortable and the room was actually fairly roomy for our family of 4. The neighbors were loud until 12 every night but I'm not sure if it was because they were so loud or because the walls were too thin. Overall the room was great. The Staff was very friendly for the most part. The port embarkation was very fast - only a few minutes both ways. Overall - extremely happy with this cruise.

I only have one problem, the disembarkment. needs to be fixed. Maybe more colored coded, Everybodies bags can be in a certain color coded area and we can just go down to our color, get our bags and get out of there, I went down at my appointed time, however couldn't find my bags for an hour, that is way to longgggggggggg. So if you fix that you have got a perfect ship. Thank you for letting me sail with you, i plan on sailing with you again

Overall a great way to experience the Eastern Caribbean. Service was standout, accommodations were nice, and ports were beautiful (despite remains of hurricane devastation.)

Use the luggage valet program - well worth it - practically skip customs & immigration

Nice cruise for a couple. Older clients mixed with middle aged. Not many kids.
