Review summary

I only have one problem, the disembarkment. needs to be fixed. Maybe more colored coded, Everybodies bags can be in a certain color coded area and we can just go down to our color, get our bags and get out of there, I went down at my appointed time, however couldn't find my bags for an hour, that is way to longgggggggggg. So if you fix that you have got a perfect ship. Thank you for letting me sail with you, i plan on sailing with you again

We use obnoxiously bright colored straps on our ugly-colored luggage. We can spot it a mile away! We have sailed many times on several cruise lines and never have long to search after a cruise or at an airport. Just don't use black luggage with no colorful strap or huge ribbon attached. I have even seen colorful duct tape striped on luggage for easy ID. Leave your couture personae behind when traveling - makes life so much easier!

We went to the location where our disembarkation number was and our bags were right there?!?! From the time they called our number to get bags and then through customs was 8-10 minutes max, I thought disembarkation was great!!!!!

normally the bags are left in zoned numbers little tip but ribbons on your luggage so you can look out for them next time
