Review summary

The cruise itself, though most of its duration, was excellent! It was primarily in the disembarkation process that things went downhill—the process was poorly organized and matter of cruise credit usage was a mess.

The waiters (Moulin and Anaum) and room steward (Vino) were wonderful. On the other hand, Guest relations were not anywhere near wonderful.

@MJtraveler and @Jkennamer: Essentially, what happened in the disembarkation process came from a mistake that was present since the beginning of the cruise and was unaddressed. One of our names did not appear on the ship's account log—all of his credit went to his cabinmate. This was fine, we're all family. We just opted to use all the cruise credit through his cabinmate. However, as we were disembarking, he was stopped for having a balance—his cabinmate walked through perfectly fine and unaware of the what was going on. Thus began a mess of trying to figure out what charges came from where. Prepaid Gratuities were fine. It was cruise credit system mistake that costed a lot of time running us late to the airport.

I booked with Priceline cruises and I did triple check that the cruise credits and prepaid gratuities were posted to the account but when I read your review it makes me nervous because I have also had a cruise in the past where my credit was missing and there was no way of fixing it while on the boat because it was a third-party sale. Keep us posted on how it was resolved if it all

What specifically were the issues with debarkation? Descriptions are helpful.
