Have cruised with Celebrity five or six times and cannot say enough about the cruise line and in particular this ship, Celebrity Eclipse. The food, the service, the cleanliness and attention to details, the entertainment are all top notch. Alaska was well worth the trip and we enjoyed each port thoroughly. Loved the route which included Hubbard Glacier and the Inside Passage.

It was a bucket list cruise and it was well worth it! Capt Leo got us so close to the glaciers it was amazing.

This was by far the best cruise we have been on so far. We have not one complaint. The service, food, activities, cleanliness, ports, sea days, were all 5 stars. We loved it and will definitely take this cruise again. Thank you.

Seven days was just enough of the relaxing, scenic tour when the weather cooperated. I enjoyed on board activities and spa, which was what I was seeking. Seeing orca and humpback whales were an added bonus.

Service and food was excellent. The evening shows/entertainment was excellent. Crew staff readily available. A bit confusing at terminal, that housed 3 lines, but sufficient resources to direct us correctly. Cumbersome process to get on boat, but not unusual. Disembark, very soom.

Cruise was excellent. After having an average experience at Disney and Royal Caribbean we decided to try Celebrity after reading reviews. We were definitely not disappointed. The quality of the food, service and amenities are unbeatable. The itinerary is amazing, it is definitely different than a Caribbean cruise, it is cold, but you definitely don't feel uncomfortable. It is actually quite nice not having to sleep in a hot cabin (in the hot climate the A/Cs generally don't work well). Hubbard is amazing. Definitely get a cabin with balcony, it is worth every penny. I never cruise if I can't afford a Balcony. However, getting on the top of the ship at Hubbard is a must! My two disappointments on this cruise (despite the Vancouver port which is absolutely garbage) were that they didn't had Caymus wine onboard (my favorite) and the Tuscan Grille was a total waste of money.

First time sailing with Celebrity we were very pleased overall. Best staff ever cleanest ship ever!! Bar and restaurant staff were great! Remembered your name and preferences!! We will be cruising with Celebrity again.

We had a terrific time on this cruise. If we were to do it again, we might choose a one way cruise (Vancouver to Anchorage?) so that we would see more cities in the same time away from home rather than the round trip in and out of Vancouver.

Waste Money and time. Worst Food Quality they do not know what's the Original Indian Food taste Everyday same Menu. Nothing change and very Poor Food Presentation and quality of Food very Bad

This was our first time going on a cruise and I really want to give a shout out to all the staff who made this experience fantastic. I would’ve liked to seen game room with family games and maybe a convenience store on board For things like energy drinks.

We did over 17 cruises with all different one celebrity cruises we went second time 1st one we went in 2004 celebrity infinity and July 2022 we cruise again with celebrity eclipse. One of the best of the best in Cleanest, services, guest services, food quality, water test one the best in all 17 cruises we took.

First cruise for me. Wasn't sure I would like it. Loved it. The staff were brilliant, in fact they made the experience. I would cruise with Celebrity again.

Overall, the cruise experience on the Celebrity Eclipse was excellent. The people were friendly and the quality of entertainment was high.

We would do it again if we could. Everyone was friendly, we enjoyed the sights, sounds, food, experiences.

I would recommend Celebrity to anyone looking for a relaxing atmosphere with quiet venues and subdued music. This line is geared towards a bit of an older crowd and definitely not the party crowd. It was lovely, and one of my favorite lines. I would no recommend for young children... just not enough "kid friendly" things to keep the busy... no water slides, etc.

Bad management for not overseeing hull maintianance while the ship was in dock for two years

Celebrity failed to live up to their excellent reputation and our past experiences on over a dozen cruises with them. They still have the bones of a great cruise line, however, they need to get back to basics and stop relying so much on marketing to fill their ships, but rather the great experiences that they have been known for.

Enjoyed the Cruise, especially the Carnival in Rio.

A great itinerary overall - would have been great to be able to get on land more. With so many sea days, there need to be more variety in food, entertainment and activities - felt repetitive after awhile. There seems to be a lack of seafood in the buffet besides fish. Most of the cooking are too similar - Indian food was great, but need more variety - Chinese, Japanese, etc.

GOING TO ANTARCTICA WAS SOMETHING I THOUGHT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN-IT'S A DREAM COME TRUE.
