From day one, problems, problems and more problems: lost husband's luggage of our formal clothes and told us to pick it up ourselves from Security many hours later. Overcharged us over $400 in our beverage package. Found charges on our account we did not know about (people ordering things for us without our knowledge or signature). They gave us a refund when we complained that we prepaid our Tuscan Grille meals (all 7 nights) in full while they were giving discounts on board to others of 20-30% on different nights. Our MDR table was located outside of MDR such that one of us was facing a blank wall and if we looked one way, looked at waiter's service station. (IS THIS ANY WAY TO TREAT ELITE PASSENGERS?) My cabin card did not work in photo kiosk which were always down. Photographers did not delete other passengers' photos which were included in our photo package.

The ship was fantastic with plenty to do. I was very impressed with how lavish the ship was and how easy it was to get around.

This was very good for the sites in St Petersburg, Talin wS very different but amazing all the rest of the ports was great

Our first Celebrity cruise was the Eclipse from Southampton which got us hooked on Celebrity Cruises. Great to have grass at the top of the ship .

This was our second time within 6 months on the Eclipse in the same suite. I didn#39;t think it could have gotten any better than the last time but it did! We are big fans of this line. Compared to Princess and Royal Caribbean, the service and food on Celebrity is way superior! On this itinerary, we visited San Juan, St. Maarten, and St. Kitts. We visited San Cristobal fort in San Juan. Really great! Only 3 bucks admission! Had excellent tapas at Aire Numo. In St. Maarten, we took a cab to Maho Beach and watched a huge plane land right over our heads! The runway is just a few yards from the beach. In St. Kitts, we did zip lining which was really awesome! I#39;m searching now for another Celebrity cruise for Fall or Winter. Maybe on the new Silhouette?

We loved our time on this ship. It was beautiful, modern, and smooth. It was mostly couples, some families, and a few friends traveling together. Majority of guests were over 60, many even appeared to be over 80. There were some 30/40 something couples (like us), and a handful of teenagers who hung out together. The "smart casual" dress code was observed most of the time and formal dining was not as formal as I expected (I never even wore my new sequin skirt). You could pretty much wear a skirt and dressy sleeveless top with each meal and he could wear a button-down dress shirt with slacks, adding a tie for formal night. No sport coat was needed. I never wore any of my jewelry, used much makeup or curled my hair. The lawn was great, just for sitting or even napping. There was a wine and cheese jazz party one night. They have glass blowing up there too. They had great talks about the ships energy features, history lectures, and engineering. I can't believe they make their own water and burn the sewage for energy!

The layout. Every ship with Celebrity just keeps getting better. We really appreciated the friendliness of Captain Menetis.

The Eclipse is a new ship, and it shows. Staff ,top to bottom always willing to help you. Wonderful.

The ship was truly like a floating hotel. The new design doesn't play into a big beach party theme, with people running around in swim suites in all areas of the ship. The attention to details was impression, the bathrooms around the ship have automactic opening and closing features..great idea! and feature rich wood decor and marble. This ship was throughtly thought out to make curising more enjoyable.

Wow!!!! What a gorgeous ship!! Celebrity is our favorite line and this new ship did not disappoint! One of the things I really love about Celebrity is that I never feel like it's crowded. I can always find quiet spots. The food and service are the best! Loved the Hot Glass Show too. The specialty restaurants are wonderful! We ate at all of them!

The ship captured my heart with it's beauty and grace. The attention to details in the decor was exceptional. Everyone on the ship was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our dining experience! The waiter was very attentive and personable. The food choices for breakfast and lunch were outstanding whether you wanted to eat healthy or go for the gusto! The entertainment was excellent! The dance band was the best ever! As we love to dance, we were thrilled to have this experience.

We chose Celebrity Eclipse for being the new ship of a company connected to Royal Caribbean. Actually the level of the ship is much lower than RC. The ship is modern decorated but it's cold and without the glamorous of RC ships. Food level was poor and we kept coming to dinner just because we had excellent company at the table:) Service at the dining room was nice but room attendant wasn't and the room wasn't clean or well treated in any way. Bad smell near the room was very disturbing. They couldn't find us another room and gave us a small discount for this but we had bad feeling all along the cruise. Guest relations are very nice people but they did not solve our problem. We liked the Oceanview cafe and the pools. Many shops and nice deals are available along the cruise. Many passengers on the ship were of very of high ages, wheel chairs etc. This is a fact you have to consider when ordering Celebrity cruise. Other than that the ship was manged very well. Going in and out the ship at all ports and any time was very well organized. We got all necessary information on time, Ships shows were nice and of high level. Overall: It was nice cruising but definitely not wow one.

We also have taken 2 transatlantic trips on Celebrity and have always found the personnel to be very friendly and courteous. The production shows in the theater are staff personnel and are good but not Broadway quality. This is understandable since it is a transatlantic trip. We have also taken Celebrity from San Diego to Hawaii twice and each trip has been very pleasant

The inside cabins on this ship have inward facing doors. Where families have booked facing each other - this will not be possible as the doors will open out onto the parallel corridor. The booking agents nor the customer service department at Celebrity Cruises were aware of this. Not much use for people who think they have booked rooms together.

Love celebrity, definitely my first choice for now on

This cruise was everything I expected. So happy that I went, sad that it’s over.

My first east coast cruise. Enjoyable overall. We had good weather and saw the fall colors in Quebec. A little early for a full display.
