Find the out of the way outside deck areas for quiet relaxation. The deck outside the library has comfortable lounge chairs in a quiet atmosphere if you just want to read.

Be prepared for a long process during debarkation, it’s a hassle trying to get off the ship and through customs.

If your going for inexpensive then choose carnival. Otherwise , I would recommend RCL. Allure of the seas or similar class.

Don't stress about changes. Just accept and go with the flow. A cruise vacation is only as fun as you make it.

Upgrade your room if you're not comfortable as soon as you visit your cabin. We made a mistake and stuck with our room but next time we will upgrade to a more larger cabin.

YTD- get in line by the coffee shop about 15 minutes before you want to sit. Have your group wait by the dining room while one person goes to the line to get a ticket. Get the ticket and meet your group. Less people to squeeze around if you don't all go to the line. Breakfast- eat in the plaza. They have everything there thats upstairs only no lines and no rush.

Overall, a fun ship with many things to keep you entertained. Wish there were more family oriented things to do and less bars, but hey, this is the type of ship it is ...more of a party-drinking ship.

Be prepared to wait in longer lines and to use any of the areas and items to relax and or play. As I said, Bigger IS NOT always better!
