The Vista is beautiful. The crew is friendly and helpful. The entertainment was great. The cruise director Matt be was one of our favorites. Lots of good food and plenty to do it you choose to do it. We loved it and can't wait for our next cruise.

The pools and hot tubs we're very busy, but nice and could always find a chair even it it wasn't right next to the pool.

There was always some kind of music playing. The DJs and bands were excellent. The Friday director was fun and was very good at getting people involved in the activities.

Our waiters at dinner we're great. Friendly and always eager to please. We had one waiter at breakfast who was not friendly and quite rude though. Our steward was nice, but not on top of things. He forgot to do our room for the first 2 days and we asked for extra pillows which he didn't bring us so we had to ask again. He did have champagne and strawberries sent to our room to apologize for forgetting about us.
Ship Quality

Ship was very clean including the public restrooms. The layout of the ship is s little different, but once you figure out where you're going, it's fine.
Cabin / Stateroom

We don't normally take an inside cabin, but we thought we would give it a try to save some money this time. It was fine. For an inside room, it was very roomy. It was clean and plenty of space for all of our stuff.
Ship tip
When you go to see the shows in the Liquid lounge, get there early and shit on the lower level. The upper level if you're shorter, it's difficult to see the show.
This was our last favorite. The people there are very pushy and annoying, constantly begging you to buy something or use there services or sell you marijuana. We wanted to walk around for a bit and shop a little and then go to the beach. The shopping wasn't fun because they kept bothering us. We then went to Margaritaville which we've done in other parts and really loved. This one was ok, kind of small beach area and not all that clean.
This was our first time here. It's beautiful here, the town is cute and the beaches are beautiful. We walked around town and enjoyed the scenery and shops before spending the rest of the day at the most beautiful beach. We asked the taxi driver where would be a good place to go. He took us to a resort called the Hemingway. We were able to use their facilities and beach at no charge, but we had to buy drinks or food while we were there. The place was beautiful and the food was excellent.
Cozumel is one of our favorite ports. We went downtown by taxi and walked around. Did some tequila tasting and shopping for some silver. Then we took a taxi to Paradise beach. They have the best mojitos there, the best wet burrito I've ever had, beautiful pool and access to the beach. If you have kids they have inflatable water things to climb on for extra $ out for 3 dollars you can relax on the beach.
This was the first time we have ever had our luggage come out on conveyor belt like at the airport. We were told our luggage would be on a particular carousel, there were 3. One of our suitcases was on the wrong belt and another was taken off by someone and they didn't put it back so we couldn't find it. The customs was which and easy though.
