Overall, I enjoyed my first time on a cruise. I just didn't like the pork idea in almost every meal. I didn't think the ship's director did a good job with the entertainment. More for kids not for adults or young adults. The stage shows could have been more diverse in culture. The ship itself is good.

Carnival Vista was excellent. The staff had excellent customer service . Their staff work really hard to give us the best vacation ever and are always very respectful. From the cleaning people to the expropie that serve the dinner to the bartender, they have excellent customer service and the best They try their best to call you by your name :) I loved the cruise director , love their shows . Thanks

Another fun and memorable cruising experience on a Carnival Cruise Liners. Loved and enjoyed the Carnival Vista, the perfect choice for our special wedding anniversary celebration cruise. Awesome cruise ship, staffs, and ports of call🛳😎👍

Compared to my other Carnival & Royal Caribbean cruises Carnival Vista's Casino is much smaller, VERY SMOKEY, poor ventilation. Guest Services ALWAYS had a long line, need more people working. You took away the extra closet space and drawers out of the cabins making us live out of suit cases. put the 3rd closet & Draws back. I hate that after 10pm you have to pay for room service now. All the hallways & elevators were HOT & MUGGY. Squeezing all the people in the Limelight for comedy instead of having it in the Liquid Lounge, the last night it was and it was great. Half the people were allowed to stay in the Limelight with the line for the next show all the way down past the Sports Bar. past cruises everyone had to leave to give other people a chance to hear the comedy. Bingo is the same price but play less games. What happen to the shows? The entertainment? Gratuity should not be auto billed and to make us stand in long lines to take it off is Horrible. I spent way to much time standing in guest services lines instead of enjoying my cruise. Need more smoking sections. Why can't we smoke on the balcony any more? We chose Carnival over all other cruise lines, after this cruise we will try others. I would like to say the Dinning staff Gregorio, Roger & Silver were a GREAT team and very nice people. Room Steward Herman was the BEST. I lost my phone and the Guest Service people were very compassionate and nice just didn't like standing in a long line every time to ask if someone turned my phone in. I never got it back. I did do a report through carnival.

No. I don’t want to summarize. You should force people to do so. The cruise director was awesome though

We enjoyed our time on the Vista. I highly recommend the Havana Staterooms; the private Havana pool and bar area make it worth the extra cost. We also recommend the specialty restaurants such as JiJi and the Italian restaurant. Excellent service and excellent food.

The Vista is our third ship w/ Carnival and it was our least favorite. The ships design is beautiful and the staff did their best but the sheer number of people takes its toll and it shows. It was difficult keeping the ship clean in the dining areas and public areas, the wait for elevators was aggravating and the wait for food was extraordinarily long. I enjoyed myself much more on the smaller ships.

The Vista is a beautiful ship but I think maybe she's experiencing some growing pains. I think the staff is overtaxed for the amount of people and it shows, it shows in the demeanor of the staff and the appearance of the ship. Otherwise it was a good experience, our port excursions were amazing and we had a great time with the nightlife on the cruise. It was not my favorite ship but I would definitely continue to cruise with Carnival.

Overall, be prepared to be on long lines and long waits just to disembark the ship in the beginning. The themed parties (white party and 80's party) were very nice. I wish they were longer in time. The Vista is a beautiful yet small ship, but, oh so worth all the small headaches.

This is a huge ship. With that being said I had a blast. There was so much to do. The Serenity deck was awesome. No kids. Cabanas were relaxing. This is a great time for all. The lines the first day was a nightmare. The remaining time it balanced out. The elevators were a hit or miss. That was fine to me because so many ppl are on the ship. We met some new friends and had some great laughs.Our room was always clean and the staff was nice. They were not as friendly as they were on the Victory, but again they worked hard to accommodate and please everyone. There are tons for the kids to do and and great adults activities as well. Looking forward to the Magic

This cruise was by far the best fun I've had in a long time. I will recommend The Vista to everybody that likes to cruise. They will not be disappointed. Great job guys!!!!

First time on Vista I really enjoyed myself on this cruise. From the entertainment to the restaurant the service here is a 1 top notch. The staff here is very helpful. The ship is very beautiful and updated. 😍😍😍

Very disappointed with the ship. Hallways and buffet was very dirty. The ship seemed like it hasn’t been taken care of for weeks. I am done with Carnival.

Vista was a very nice experience. Some tips I would give cruisers who are not platinum or diamond level cruisers is to look into purchasing “Faster to the fun” for priority embarkation. It’s so worth it. There are only limited numbers of these available. I think Carnival still offers this. As far as food, we are diamond cruisers & the food was very good on Vista. Nothing is better than the steakhouse!! It is worth every cent (only $35pp) but I recommend making reservations through Carnival website well before you cruise. The French onion soup is the best I’ve ever eaten. Huge Cheesecake for dessert. Keep in mind that the steakhouse experience is about 1 1/2 hours long. A tip most people miss: don’t miss “sea day brunch” in Horizon dining room!!!! They have steak (tender filet) & eggs that are excellent among other delicious selections. The flaming tomato soup is really good. Another tip: If lido is busy for food service, they have a sandwich bar near the back & I was pleasantly surprised (about 12 different types). The meatball sandwich was sooo good. The healthier turkey with avocado was just as good. Make sure you have them grill the sandwich. Fail safe: Guy’s Burger on lido: the best!!! I always go straight to Guy’s Burger (get the “ringer”) with fries on embarkation day. Always remember: first sea day is formal night & lobster night in the main dining room! There was only one night in the dining room we didn’t much like the food. It was a grilled chicken dish & it was too dry. Once you get used to the layout of the ship you enjoy it. We do miss the open center atrium concept of the previous ships. The only negative was the elevators were super slow which was frustrating. The rooms are good sized but less closet space than other ships, but not a big deal. Overall Vista has excellent hard working staff that could not have treated us better. They went above & beyond. We especially liked the nice quiet seating area we found on deck 5 if the upper decks are too busy for you. Last tip: we found the Havana Bar & spent the most amazing evening there. We visited Cuba last year & the Latin flair of music & people dancing was really fun. We prefer the ship layout on the Breeze better than Vista, however we absolutely loved this cruise.

Had a wonderful time on the Vista again. We had so much fun at all our stops. Food was good, Chris Williams is an amazing C.D. The staff was very friendly, even though they are overworked and short staffed in the Dinning rooms.

Entertainment staff off da hook loved,dessert Cakes in Lodi delish.Cabins way too small.They tried to modernize and fit too much on Elevators wete horrible no glass elevators,messed up bill tan outta luggage tags.Prople made it fun.Food was so so !Bigger so t always better.Did love cris the so much energy C.D

Great ship with wonderful staff. Chris the Flying Scottsman is a Cruise Director you will remember. Wasn't a fan of the crowd that felt entitled to bring boom boxes onboard to play loud in public areas and in my hallway after midnight.

A group of 3 friends and I are leaving on the Vista next summer, all will be 21 and BIG party guys, heard about the vistas night club set up and how its also used as a performance stage too, it’s like a “Contemporary Club” And I’ve heard some people say because they don’t have a “Set nightclub” that the nightlife isn’t all that hot, can anyone tell me about the vistas nightclub and nightlife and if it will be enjoyed by 21 and 22 year olds
