We have never had a bad experience on Carnival. At least, one that cannot be overcome by having a positive attitude.

This was our second cruise with Carnival! Loved every minute! Our daughter was with us, she convinced us to cruise, this was her 7th. We are already booked for Alaska in August! Can’t wait!

Been on 24 Carnival Cruises. The ship had 4,800 passengers onboard. Ship layout is designed well and has plenty of features onboard which makes everything flow easily. The service onboard was awesome! Definitely one of the best cruises yet. In my experience the more you engage with the crew the better service you get. Only downfall about this ship is that there are not enough hot tubs.

Overall this was a great cruise. This is a large ship and was full. Still not overcrowded. Recommend the steakhouse. This time of year you are taking chances with weather. We had 60 miles an hour winds after leaving Cozumel and ship moved a little. Really enjoyed Tyler and Joelle who were their Country Singers in the Atrium .Overall I would recommend this cruise.

We enjoyed this cruise very much! We knew this was the largest ship we have ever been on and lines were going to be inevitable. However everything was better than we expected from food lines to elevators. There were some lines but nothing out of the ordinary. We took our 4 yr old grandson for his first cruise. From Build-A-Bear to Dr Seuss Story Time to Dr Seuss Breakfast to Camp Ocean, we enjoyed every moment. He was fascinated by the everything on the ship. He is ready for another cruise already and so are we.

The cruise was great. Even with a large party, everything was simple, and easy going!

Overall it was a great trip. We enjoyed all the ports of call. The ship is huge. Will do it again given the opportunity.

If you ever have the opportunity to do a New Year’s Eve cruise I highly recommend it. This was our second time on the vista out of Galveston. We definitely like the feel of a big ship and all the onboard entertainment and restaurants available. Our favorite is alchemy and of course the blue iguana for tacos. Never disappoints.

We had a great time on the carnival vista it was so fun and the staff were great!

Havana rooms are great for those that don’t like crowds, but enjoys sitting in a pool or hot tub, or hanging out in a lounge chair.

Overall we had a great trip. I would imagine that we will cruise on the Vista again.

Ship layout is terrible. Long waits for elevator service, crowded narrow passageways, plenty of obstructive obstacles. Large ship but they have built in restrictive, narrow, and claustrophobic areas. Buffet and dining area are terribly designed with obstructive poles and fake palm trees. Difficult to navigate around when it’s crowded. People were bumping into each other and food and broken dishes littered the area. Their designated smoking areas were the pits! All aroung the upper area of the front and back pool area! There was no way to enjoy sitting by the pools without breathing cigarette and cigar smoke! Nasty. The food boarded on inedible. Lunch buffet was a strange concoction of leftovers of meals the day before. Fried rice, sweet potatoe casserole, pumpkin enchiladas, I’ll say that again, pumpkin enchiladas?!?,no vegetables, some over cooked dried out carved meat. Dinner, just repeat of lunch. Best meal we had was the room service BLT. How sad is that? We theorized that the awful food was their way of driving customers to the 5 upcharge restaurants. Last morning and afternoon was a nightmare. Port of Galveston was closed due to fog. Not anything Carnival was responsible for, but it was handled poorly. We knew we would miss our 4:00 flight out of Houston Hobby but trying to cancel and rebook the next day was extremely difficult because our room phone would crash and continually had to be unplugged to reboot. Cellular at sea, was expensive and would drop your call every time an announcement was made. Which brings me to the cruise director, a complete fool. What a babbling bull pooper. Loved to hear his own voice....took forever for him to get to the point. We are one cruise away from Diamond with Carnival, but I think we are done. With all the upcharges, they are making Celebrity look like a better option.

Great relaxing cruise. Went with a bunch of friends and my wife.

Great Christmas cruise, didn't feel like Christmas, but had a great time with family. Always something to do.

Had a nice time with my family for Christmas. Something different.

The cruise was okay but very boring on sea days. The entertainment was subpar and the food was satisfying.

I had a lot of fun. I'm sure I will do it again. There were a lot of unruly and unsupervised children. Maybe next time I will go on an adults only cruise.
