Amazing Experience, no complaints! I loved everything about it. I am hooked!!

The drink package is worth it, as it covers water, coffee, drinks etc. I will not go out of Galveston, TX again as you can’t use your drink package on day one. Looking forward to our next cruise.

It was great, the weather was perfect. It was 18 of us and they were amazing on sitting us down at dinner table , IMAX theater was amazing. EVERYTHING ON THIS SHIP WAS GREAT!

Changed from Bahama cruise to this one. Think I made right decision. New CD was great. Embarking and disembarking was good except for traffic coming and going to terminal in Galveston.

Overall great trip really loved Havana suite area. Ship is too big fir my liking will go on smaller class next time or Princess

We really enjoyed our cruise. We had 4 kids and 6 adults. Not a negative thing to say. However... the ship design itself, appeared to cater to quantity not quality.

We had an amazing time on Vista! I was a little worried at first from reading some negative reviews but the experience on the ship is what you make of it! The food was the best we’ve ever had on any cruise ship. Lido Buffet, MDR, JiJi’s, 555 steakhouse, Guy’s Burgers, etc we’re absolutely delicious! Not to mention the incredible service we had at all of them. Our room was on the 14th deck and we had amazing views along with access to a Cloud 9 spa, which we enjoyed almost every day.

We would cruise the Vista again. So much to do. The pools are great on port days, we didnt go into Belize and enjoyed the day on the boat. The hub app is great to keep in touch with everyone. Definitely try the steak house, it is worth the $38 pp charge. Plenty of food options on the ship. Our balcony room was great! Ordered room service every morning and had coffee on the balcony. Didnt spend much time in the room, but the extra cost of the balcony was worth it.

Been on different cruise lines but Carnival is my favorite for fun things to do

We loved it. It was our first cruise so we were a little confused on where to go and what to do but we still had a great time! Next cruise will be even better now that we armed with more information.

My first thanksgiving cruise & I highly recommend during thanksgiving week. Just be ready to see a lot of kids running around 😳😳😳 but other then that is all good in the vista 😎😎😎

I've been on a lot of ships, this is not one I would be anxious to go on again.

We had 4 fun days at sea and 3 fun days in ports. We enjoyed the fun and entertainment, as well as fun activities. The kids had a very full week of new adventures and friends! Mommy had a great time relaxing, eating and adventurous activities with sightseeing. Crew was awesome, food was delightful and memories of a lifetime made!

First time on Vista. Heard lots of negative reviews but we went in with open mind. Loved it and sailing again in 2020.

It was fantastic! Great weather. No problems . My husband and I had a wonderful trip. Can’t wait for the next one

This cruise was chosen based on the timing. While on this cruise, at approximately 12:30pm, I was walking along Deck 10 and slipped on some water and fell and hit my head on the right side!! I fell to the ground in excruciating pain and sustained a large knot on my head. I was treated on the scene by two registered nurses that were cruisers who in turn called for Security. Security came and called for Medical to come transport me to the Infirmary. Once I got to the Infirmary, I was treated by a nurse and advised to return at 3:00pm to be seen by the on board doctor. When I returned at 3:00pm to be seen by the doctor, I was told I had a suffered a concussion. I was given some aspirin by the nurse and nothing by the doctor. No x-ray was done nor any kind of tactile exam to my head to assess the size of the knot/bump on my head. I returned to my cabin still in pain and I never heard anything from the medical staff again. I did get a call from Guest Services, which I relayed to them I was still in pain and feeling nauseated, however, nothing was recommended. Upon my return home, I was seen and treated by my personal medical provider. I find this kind of neglect by Carnival applauding and disgusting!!! I provided both the nurse and doctor my medical history, coupled with my age, I should have been provided better care than what I was provided!!! As a result of the fall, I was not able to enjoy the remaining amenities I had purchased with the physical fitness center. When I did go back, I became ill and had to leave and never did return. To date, I have not heard anything from Carnival regarding my status or well-being. Also, while on the cruise, I had the WORST massage ever...the massage was given by Marilou. I repeatedly told her I was cold and at no time did she attempt to warm up the room or provide me with extra blankets to keep me warm. As a result, I was NOT able to enjoy the massage at all. I strongly feel I should be reimbursed for the massage and my physical fitness fees be prorated since I was not able to use them after the fall on the fourth day. Food throughout the ship was overall terrible!!! There wasn't anything opened other than pizza 24 hours and the food and services in the Horizon was absolutely terrible!! Never before have I been on a ship where passengers had to pay for so many extra food services (Shakes, desserts, coffee, etc). Servers did not give the Carnival type of service!! Food was passed to you vs placed before you!! Food was tasteless, not hot and portions were extremely small. Entertainment was off the hook!!! Matt and Crew did an awesome job of providing great entertainment. The movies were great...the popcorn needs to be improved, like using a better oil and some popcorn salt/butter!!! Our Cabin Steward was very attentive. Did not like nor appreciate Vonya selling books that were basically outdated and did not save shoppers anything....this was $25.00 wasted or basically stolen!! However, I would NOT recommend VISTA not will I travel VISTA unless there is some positive resolution to all that I endured on this cruise. I am a seasoned cruiser...both to Carnival and other cruise lines!!

First time on the Vista and we had an amazing time, beautiful ship with lots to do.
