Great trip, friendly staff. Fantastic steward. Staff taking care of the covid folks and moving their stuff down need to either sanitize the railing after so they are not cross contaminated while walking down to the gangway. No body ever cleaned and at least 10 crew members put hands on that railing while going up or down.

Vista is nice ship but is showing its age. Great staff that is new but learning. Pools were great! Rained alot on this cruise but still had lots to do.

Embarkation was fairly straightforward but not as smooth as NOLA or Miami. The ship is dated and not as well laid out as it's sister ships. The staff, with the exception of our room steward, were excellent and a blast to cruise with. CD was everywhere and involved.

This was an all-beach cruise and it turned out to be one of the best ever. It was the most relaxing, unhurried week in quite some time.

My husband and I love the Vista. It is currently our favorite ship. Since cruising resumed after Covid-19 caused the pause we have sailed 5 times and 4 of them were on the Vista.

We had a good time overall. We loved the alchemy bar and spend a lot of nights there. Loved the back pool, and lounging around. The staff was phenomenal and they made you feel cared for. The food was not as good as I remembered and we did end up getting covid after returning home. Additional ports: Isla Roatan was a lot of fun and recommend the bungalows! We stopped in Belize and did a carnival excursion to a beach. It was the WORST excursion I have ever done. My book were ruined, some things we had in a backpack were ruined and we were soaked from the water transfer. The boat crashed into the dock at the excursion and into the walkway of the boat. Would not recommend.

Overall, I would recommend this ship, staff, and crew for everything they provide to make a memorable vacation. We would go back to Roatan and Belize but would leave out Cozumel, if possible.

Great cruise! Impressed with the food. Much better than Royal Caribbean was a few weeks ago.

First cruise since the pandemic and loved it. The staff was excellent and seemed to go out of their way they you. The food was great as always and the pizza was to die for. Popcorn was $3 a bag which seems a little outrageous to me. The spa rooms are small but excellent for what they offered. There were very few children on this cruise. Overall everything was great.

Awesome TRIP! it was so great that we are planning another cruise again this time with our kids and grandson. my wife and I made myriad of memories together . I highly recommend it everyone.

So glad to be back on the water. Be patient as the cruise companies continue to work through the covid protocols.

Loved the cruise. Had a wonderful time. First time as a solo cruiser, husband could not come. Had a great time. Never felt unsafe during the whole cruise. The port was great. Easy parking. Nice restaurants in the area. All I can say is I LOVE Cruising!!

Embarkation took close to two hours to get on. Ship was Sailing with 3,299 passengers, so packed compared to the one in October. Many kids on board, it was still enjoyable. Dined many times at Mongolian. Great service. Sea Waters were a bit choppy.

Ship was great at 60% capacity. Great service and good times.

The spa is like going to a time-share pitch. After your treatment, they force you to sit through a barrage of up-selling attempts (and it’s already ridiculously over-priced anyway). Any relaxation you had is gone after that. Then, they use very shoddy accounting on your receipt. We prepaid, and they tried VERY hard to charge the standard onboard rate. It’s worthy of note that the company is only contracted by Carnival and actually a not part of them. We had six people in our group and made the mistake of consolidating all our sodas/water into one bag (Carnival lets you carry on a case or so each; “small amount”). They confiscated everything “to keep us safe” and discarded it. Don’t make that mistake! If you’re Diamond/Platinum, you now need to ASK for your benefits. Want your free bottle of water? You have to go to the bar and get it. Want your free ship’s pin & gift (which is now ridiculously cheap; luggage tag)? You have to go Pixels and get it. Want your free chocolate-covered strawberries? You have to call room service and ask for them. Your VIPF party is now on the last evening of your cruise when everyone has to pack and wake up at the crack of dawn the next morning (maybe they think people will drink less). They also stopped serving the free snacks (just drinks now). Want your priority embarkation/debarkation? Keep dreaming because…COVID. It’s not Carnival’s fault, but the whole mask thing is just stupid. You have to be vaccinated. You have to test negative within 48 hours of embarkation (which you must document). Some places you can be without a mask around fellow cruisers. Yet, other places you MUST wear a mask around the same people.
