Embarkation was fairly straightforward but not as smooth as NOLA or Miami. The ship is dated and not as well laid out as it's sister ships. The staff, with the exception of our room steward, were excellent and a blast to cruise with. CD was everywhere and involved.

Punchliner Comedy Club should be moved to a larger venue as it is quite crowded every performance. The Limelight Club doesn't do it justice.

3 of the 4 comedians were excellent, one was horrible. Too bad Just June cannot be on every ship. She is awesome.

Everyone except room steward was excellent. Only saw room steward 3 times, in the hallway, the entire cruise. Everyone else was a pleasure to sail with.

In desperate need of dry dock. Ship is outdated and not even close to as nice as it's sister ships.

Balcony cabin was clean and well laid out. It could use more electrical or USB outlets.
Ship tip
Not a bad cruise or ports of call, staff were excellent with the exception of the room steward. Seating in the balcony of the Liquid Lounge was lacking.
Not a fan of tender ports. Tender was huge this cruise and the excursions were good. The port itself seemed somewhat crowded and not well laid out. 2 other ships were anchored as well.
I cruised on vista in 2019 as well and the CD was FABULOUS! She remembered peoples names every time she ran into them! I know the ship could use an upgrade, but I'm just excited to cruise again! Thanks for your feedback.
Thanks for sharing. We will be cruising on the Vista January 8. Had a blast in 2019 on the Vista with the same cruise director! She does an excellent job keeping the party going!
@hollysmom: I agree with you. When I see room staff in the hallway, they’re usually cleaning other cabins. They don’t come in my stateroom while I’m there unless delivering ice. When I leave, the room gets serviced; I don’t need to see them in the room to know it’s been cleaned, it’s obvious when I go in again. We don’t converse with room staff often because 1) they’re usually very busy and 2) social distancing protocol.
