Review summary

Embarkation took close to two hours to get on. Ship was Sailing with 3,299 passengers, so packed compared to the one in October. Many kids on board, it was still enjoyable. Dined many times at Mongolian. Great service. Sea Waters were a bit choppy.

My mother uses a walker and they had her like a ping pong ball. Go here, no here. No you can’t go there. It was beyond frustrating we got moved to other lines over 6 times until I took a stand and said no more!

Dinning room waiters were the Best from Sheldon, to Jennet, to Anak and their staff. All were awesome! Room steward Ni Putu best I’ve had in a long time.

Glad you enjoyed it. Sounds like capacities are getting closer to normal. They may have been understaffed for the extra passengers compared to previous sailings.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with your mother. This is probably one issue that needs to be improved on. Our friend is in a wheelchair and experienced exactly the same experience. Thank you for sharing.
