Review summary

The overall cruise was relaxing and fun. Cruise Director, Kendall Fire, is my BEST Cruise Director of all time. She knows how to keep the ship rocking!!! The onboard restaurants need to do a lot better on the service and food. The good was ok but I’ve had better on all other cruises and the service need some serious work, especially the pizza joint🤦🏾‍♀️ The pizza line was always long and instead of making ongoing pizza, they made so many ran out and had to stop and make more which took at least 15 min each time they had to stop.

The main dining room was SUPERB. I wish I can take the Dining room and my servers with me if I cruised on a ship other than Vista.

Our Room Steward was not as personable as all other Steward experiences. We rarely saw him. We ran out of hand soap in the restroom and didn’t get a new one. The bathroom and shower had hair on the floors from previous customers.

The bed was VERY uncomfortable. All other ships I have been on, the beds just cradle you and very comfy. This last bed experience was terrible. Cleanliness was just ok, could’ve been better. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed well. Restroom and shower floors had hair from previous occupants.

Cruised on the Vista in November. Kyndal was a blast making the rounds every night. Glad your cruise was fun inspite of some hiccups.

Thanks for the review. You can usually ask your room steward for a foam egg crate topper for the bed if you find it too hard.

That pizza job seems one of the toughest on the ship. All day long, working outside, shuffling those pies in and out. It never seems to stop.
