This was my first Carnival cruise. I have no complaints. Everything was organized and easy to navigate. My kids had a ball. It was the best experience to bring in a new year. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Not as expected. Corny shows and long lines. Our reservation wasn’t filled. The excursion was very touristy and not the real feeling of Mexico

Great cruise, great excursion. I took the Taco Culture and Beach excursion in Cozumel and it was excellent.

The staff was so rude. The food was terrible.

Been on a few cruises 1st time in this ship it was nice a few mishaps overall great experience!

NOLA was a great place to start and end. The Mardi Gras World is at the port so it’s a good place to go when you get off the boat. Get a Groupon for $15. Progresso is not great. You have to do an excursion otherwise there is nothing to do. We did the Cenote tour which was good.

In summary, I think Ambrosio, Samurdra, Punit, and I Komang should be recognized for their amazing work ethic. It cannot be matched. I'm sure we had the best ones on the cruise and we will miss them so much.

It was borderline ok/good. We had some great experiences and others not so much. It was sold out and the lines on board were crazy fir some things. We never were able at all to eat at the Mongolian Wok. Did have a message but it was nearing ridiculousness how much stuff the lady tried to sell me when it was over and it was high pressure. Entertainment was the high point and we enjoyed the Halloween costume party and the decorations. The duty free shopping was nice as well.

It was my 1st cruise and it was great. i will defiantly be doing it again

Overall, I enjoyed my vacation. Cozumel was wonderful! I would cruise with Carnival again.

I was very unhappy and dissatisfied with the cruise the smell of sewage followed me the entire time and I was sick from the smell . Wouldn’t recommend

Relaxing, beautiful, busy, delicious, we will be going again

Everything was excellent except for the internet that didn’t work at all. I am going to try to get my money back that i paid for it… i should have chose the messaging plan.

We enjoyed driving extra to cruise out of this port for the adventure. We enjoy this ship because it’s just the right size and offers the adult pools in the back for relaxation. Dining staff is above average and the food was great.

Started off like gang busters then fizzled last day. Very few activities. Disembarkation was confusing. No Carnival employees to be found to ask questions.

If you have children don’t go on this cruise, if you want to relax by the pool don’t go on this cruise

It was our first cruise so it was a learning experience.

There was some amazing and memorable experiences that was mixed with some of the most unprofessional, and rude behavior by staff that I have endured in my life.
