In summary, I think Ambrosio, Samurdra, Punit, and I Komang should be recognized for their amazing work ethic. It cannot be matched. I'm sure we had the best ones on the cruise and we will miss them so much.

Dining food was okay. Not a big fan of buffet and it felt like not a lot of great food choices in main dining at night.

There was not many activities...no rock wall, obstacle course, skyride, flowrider, etc. We only did the swimming pool and volleyball. Also, it felt like there were not as many trivia games onboard this time.

Loved the comedians.... and the acoustic duet from Europe were amazing..those 2 were so amazing. Also, enjoyed the violinist...beautiful!

All I can say is Wow!! Our dining service team was Ambrosio, Samudra, and Punit. They are fantastic. Each one of them went above and beyond to service us. I have never in my life had service this amazing. They treated use like family and called use by name. They were so much fun to be around on board. So very entertaining, friendly, and made this cruise awesome. They desired every bit of that gratuity!!! We will miss all 3 of them. We appreciate them and thank them for being so phenomenal at serving us and making our trip so much fun!!

The 3-stars is due to the layout of the ship. It was a weird layout and I got lost more than a couple of times....Cleanliness of the ship should be in a different question because it deserves 5+ stars. The staff was cleaning that ship every second of the day and it looked beautiful...well done cleaning staff..you deserve more than 5 stars and should have a separate rating box because the layout of the ship is not your fault or a reflection of your hard work.
Cabin / Stateroom

I Komang was our stateroom attendant and he did an immaculate job every single day. He also called use by name, checked if we needed anything, and made very cool towel animals for use each night. He was fantastic. Thank you for making our trip amazing Komang!!
