Go to the Havana bar area for breakfast. Less people and food is awesome.

Be sure to check out the areas of the ship that you don’t think you would be interested in. I was glad I stepped out of my comfort zone. She’s a beautiful ship.

Get a balcony room.

Early arrival to just about every event/activity is a must.

Make sure you look at the deck maps by the elevator so you know where to go. It's easy to get lost on the ship.
wendyebe
Not to way over crowded if not for that ok cruise
NorthernRose
Try the Cuchina del Capitan. It is well worth the $15 extra cost...and ask for the tiramisu, it's not on the menu, but they will make if you ask.

Room 7103 would be a nice room for 2 people who do not want the share the bed.

This is def a party ship! We customized it for our relaxation. Shows are high tech and circus like. :( Anytime dinner was confusing and have to be in a wait line just for tickets for seating. Then proceed to dining. You can use ship hub on smart phone if you're into that. Ours never worked and the name vacation for us was not to deal with phones.

Think about another ship!

Be aware of the gratuities that are due before leaving the boat. Might want to pay those ahead of time. Also be aware of the cost of anything else you swipe your room card for. Many of the services are extra and will be billed immediately.

Honestly, unless this ship is the only one going where/when you want, I'd suggest a different ship. Stay with Carnival, but find a newer boat.
