We were on the Sunshine the same time as you and had none of the bad experiences you had. Staff was wonderful, food was great, ship was super clean and fun!! Booked again for April!!!!

Next time I would reccomend that the original poster do a bit more research before booking a cruise! A little time studying the various different ship deck plans as well as reading up on the various ports and checking out sites (like this one!) will go a long way towards helping them set reasonable expectations of what their cruise will be like. And as for their problem with the early docking times, they need to bear in mind that most ports can only accommodate so many ships and passengers at a time, PLUS some ports (like Charleston) have to wait for high tide to dock because the water level there is fairly shallow. Hope their next cruise goes better for them!

I expect the customer service staff were thrilled to see you regularly... Not sure that the muster drill is one of their duties, usually folks listen for the announcements and head to their allotted muster station. I don’t use a wheelchair but have seen lots and they seem to manage just fine getting to where they’re allocated...
