buffets had baked potato and rice at least 3 nites in a row and two buffets exactly the same the last nite of our trip we went to the buffets and the tables were not cleared we had to clear a table to sit down then the smell of the food on the tables got to us were move4d and cleared another table as we were finishing pour dinner one I say again one person came out to clear tables

Why in the world would you opt to eat at the buffet every night. There are so many different options available. You must be a Golden Cordell person.!!! Love the Sunshine and Carnival

Sorry you had that experience , we have been on a few different cruise lines. In my opinion , food across them all has not been terrific , but I actually think carnival has the most options. Between, Indian , Italian , Latin , American etc , there is a lot of options. But !!!! I no longer cruise for food , I focus now on the relaxing part , drinking 😉😉😉 and getting to read a few books. But I know we all cruise for different things. I have never gone to a show on a carnival ship , I think they are all rubbish , much rather head to the Alchemy bar , or one of the live bands. Others have mentioned your age inadvertently, nothing you complained about was age related, in my opinion ,unless you are a kid and not footing the bill 😂😂😂 I thought that was a wee bit mean. But I’m probably closer to your age 😉🤪 We have been on other cruise lines , and the staff was nothing short of obnoxious, and had issues with rooms quite not up to par. I hope you try Carnival again , it is by far our favorite, and my 3 kids now teenagers fav cruise line.

I turned 70 on a birthday cruise on Sunshine - and my wife and I loved it! And there are things to do and enjoy no matter your age! Loosen up and learn to live - not just exist!

Maybe try a different cruisline one gear to your age carnival is gear to family and younger crowd.
