The embarkation / debarkation, staff, crew, food, and entertainment was excellent! The ports and islands were beautiful!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
The line moved fast and we were on the boat in no time.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The service was great. The variety of food was impressive and the options of times to eat at different places on the boat was so convenient. The specialty restaurants were very good, especially Steakhouse 555!
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
The pool was great, but you have to do a little searching for a lounge chair. The liquid lounge and limelight lounge were both nice places for nightlife and comedy shows.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Our cruise director Mikey was AWESOME! He had great energy and sense of humor. He gets everyone involved and interacting with each other. There was always something to do on the boat and it was announced by Mikey for each event.
Children's Programs
We did not bring kids, but it sounded like they had plenty for them to do. Especially the camp onboard and water activities at the top deck of the boat.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Guest services, room service, and waiters were all very pleasant and helfpul.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The design of the ship made sense and was easy to learn where everything was pretty quickly.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Our stateroom restroom needed some extra attention before we got settled in, but the cleaning staff was on it quickly. The size was bigger than expected and the window view of the ocean was spectacular! Some cleaning of the rust around the window pane could be tended too.
Ship tip
Be aware of the gratuities that are due before leaving the boat. Might want to pay those ahead of time. Also be aware of the cost of anything else you swipe your room card for. Many of the services are extra and will be billed immediately.
Our port transportation drove us right up to the baggage check in in front of the entrance to check in for the cruise. The baggage handlers were very pleasant and helpful. Didn't do any excursions here.
Most beautiful, clear blue ocean I've ever seen. We pre-paid for an excursion to the Bohio private resort where we ate authentic seafood and rum punch, and had lounge chairs right on the beach. So easy to take a $8pp taxi ride to and from the port to the resort. Pre pay for your resort excursion. Also, the Margaritaville at the port is huge and fun so no worries if you don't go on an excursion here. The island itself is worth visiting. Water sports and cool shops are available right at the port as well.
Very organized and moved swiftly once our baggage claim number was called. There's an option to take your own luggage off of the boat and that group is called off first by deck number.
