Pizza was surprisingly good. Have an adult pool so the kids aren't splashing water in your face. Buffet was always different so you'll be sure to find something you like. Steve, the cruise director was very friendly and helpful.

Get a port or aft side cabin, as opposed to a rear balcony cabin / mosquito's have nowhere to hide :)

Take advantage of the art auctions. Vlad, Manuel, Ben, Anna and Gordon were a pleasure to work with and just get to know as people. They were professional, pleasant, informative and personable.

Don't sleep in....get out and get breakfast around 730 or 8, lunch around 1 and early dinner gives you ample time to get to the shows. Also don't get to the comedy club right at Showtime and expect to get a seat.

If the design of ships don't bother you and you really only care about itinerary you will enjoy the trip overall. I think this ship is just old and needs a major update. Other than that we had a great time and service was decent.

The BBQ on 10 is rarely used and the running track upstairs is a real running track with no obsticles

I don't go the bars on any ship, but I must say the atrium on the Splendor is the happening place! We watched a few games with the CD and one night during the 90's Music Trivia Night, all three levels were filled shoulder to shoulder with people watching! It was awesome!

UPON embarkation IF you did not purchase FTTF pass plan on eating hand held items and just wandering around or wear your swim suit under your clothes and go for a swim while waiting for 130 to roll around.
