Review summary

Favorite part, ports of call/dining room. Our wait staff at the Black Pearl was excellent and worked very hard, they tended to our every need with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. We did have dirty sheets upon arrival in our stateroom, our cabin steward changed them quickly. Embarking and debarking went smoothly, Splendor staff has this process down! Activity staff member Lee was the best, Rex was pretty annoying in Bingo, should have has Lee do it. There were a few errors on our bill, but after standing in a long line in customer service, the removed the over-charges.

I think you need to hire some people who can sing better...we saw a couple shows, it was hard to sit through. Much better on the Glory. Jeff the fun dude was rude to guests, he yelled at guests for "ditching" when they didn't know they were entering the wrong door. He was annoying with his constant reminders of saving seats and his ridiculous rules...

Lee (fun squad) and our head waiter in the Black Pearl were both outstanding and deserve promotions!!
