The food was not great and the ports were poor. Needed to book excursions for both ports.

Ship was worn and not well maintained. Food ok. Our personal evening dining experience was frustrating because we weren’t all seated together. The staff were wonderful— a redeeming part of the cruise.

Our first time on the Mexican Riviera cruise (we usually do the Caribbean).

Good cruise boaring entertainers .You have no people of color in your line up. Just the 4 mediocre caucasian guys and 4 mediocre caucasian girls. Surely you can find some people of color..

Overall this was a very nice cruise. I would definitely cruise with Splendor again!

The ship and crew were great, our shower didn’t drain right, but had a great time.

Lots of crew people to mentioned who helped and made the this cruise a fun event, but unfortunately I am poor on remembering names. My family talked about nothing else from the time we docked back about how we miss the cruise, even after one week of returning to reality. A cruise worth remembering....

Nice time. Always good to get away. Food was average. Pizza and sandwhiches are the best.

I would love to share photos of the cruise but the flash drive that we paid for was empty--the photo services on board didn't load any photos despite the fact that we spent over $200 on them. This trip was one disappointment after the next. What a waste of money and vacation time.

We all had a great time. Nisha, Robert & Jojo who were our servers for our early dinner every day were FANTASTIC and THEY DESERVE a PROMOTION.

Food and service was great. We didn't really care for the entertainment shows that we went to, except for one of the comedian shows.

Once again, big kudos to the Staff, especially the bartenders, Luther and Theresa. The Art Gallery was a great time and big thanks to Didi, Loren, and Aga. I am now an art collector. LOL I did not find a list of the onboard activities until we were onboard. It would have been nice to have the full schedule a few weeks prior to the cruise. Maybe I missed it somehow. Lastly, as this was my first cruise (with the exception of the high speed turn on the way back to Cabo, let's not say Titanic) the cruise was amazing. We watched the sunrise our first day out, and slept part of the night on the deck on the way back. We made new friends and the time I spent with my girlfriend was extremely special. The adult only areas allowed us some quiet romantic time that I will cherish.

Would love to do this same itinerary on this same ship again before it dry docks in Australia.

Had a good time overall. Disappointed in the quality of entertainment, food and cost of pretty much everything. Excursions were way too expensive for what you get

The Pacific in January is cold and choppy. If you want to go to Hawaii in January - Fly!. The food on board is not very good. We didn't starve but what we did have was very limiting.

Embarkation was confusion and lines, some nice shows and comedians to watch on the way to Hawaii, Great visits to beautiful islands at each of our port of calls in Hawaii, interesting experience in Mexico, and the drudgery of disembarkation.
