Review summary

Lots of crew people to mentioned who helped and made the this cruise a fun event, but unfortunately I am poor on remembering names. My family talked about nothing else from the time we docked back about how we miss the cruise, even after one week of returning to reality. A cruise worth remembering....

All good food and plentiful.

Onboard Activities

Dancing by the pool, karaoke, using fitness centers for exercise, watching movies...all were fun.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Very entertaining and the showmanships are excellent.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
I did not bring any kids but I do appreciate that my nephews have places they can leave their kids so they can enjoy time with their spouses by themselves.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The services overall, specially from waiters and room stewards, were excellent. I miss their service with smiles. Special mentions to waiters in Black Pearl restaurants Jose, Marshall, and Edwin, as well as front people who assigned our tables so our big families can be seated close to each other. To our room steward Chito and his crews who did excellent job on upkeeping our room everyday. Special mention to activity director, Ms. Fire, who made all the activities fun, enjoyable and family oriented. Ms. Fire for US President!!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Overall cleanliness and organization were up to par.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The room made me and my family at home. The bed and cleanliness are well kept by the steward.

Ship tip

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Did not do excursion. Port is ok but too many people who haggles you for taxi rides and excursions that distract me from enjoying the walk on the port.

Mazatlan, Mexico

4 out of 5
I did not do excursion but I walked around the city. Friendly people and nice to have those volunteer tourist helpers along the way who helped us guide thru the city.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

5 out of 5
Now this is a place to revisit again. I enjoyed the excursion with my family, and went to the the beach were some of my family members, specially the kids, swam into the beach. Enjoyed walking around the city and eating in the buffett-style restaurant. Good food and low prices.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
No problem, no head-ache, process is well organized from leaving the ship to the parking lot.
