Great Staff. Traveled with 2 families with young children. The staff was so good to our kids. Food was great. Service was good. Ship was VERY clean.

It was glorious. The room staff were inconspicuous but thorough. The food options were numerous and all we tried were well ordered and delicious. the ship was wonderous to behold with its decor and cleanliness. Pool areas were constantly kept free of water spilled and conditions were very inviting with appropriately themed areas.

I was expecting a bigger pool, and free excersie classes. Overall it was good++

I love the opportunities to do many different things. The food was wonderful if fattening (!). the bathrooms always smelled so good - I was impressed by that. Also - the cruise staff is so nice and helpful. I loved the spa and fitness staff also and took a couple classes and had two treatments. I wish there was less pressure to always sell things though.

The ship was very nice and the crew was knowledgeable and helpful.

My kids seemed to be entertained throughout the cruise, they loved the kid camps and activities. The food was great and the service was excellent.

My boyfriend and I just got home yesterday from our Mexican Riviera cruise on the Carnival Splendor and we realy enjoyed it. There were so many options for food all day long. THe crew was always smiling and many of them knew us by name by the second day. I have a few food allergies and the wait staff put in special orders for me each day and always checked with me, to see if everything was made just to my specifications. The amount of time in the ports of call was great. We were able to do everything we wanted in town and the beaches. This was my 10th cruise, first on Carnival and I really loved it!

I just spent over 20 minutes writing a detailed review, only to have your web site "time-out" on me, losing everything I had written. I do not wish to waste any more of my time with this. I do not plan to rebook on Carnival or with Thank you.

This was our first cruise, so my overall impression of the Carnival Splendor is that it is a huge Las Vegas style floating resort with a lot to offer. I loved the gym and the jogging track. There is plenty of space to catch the sun and to still be sheltered from the wind. I was happy at the wide age range among the passengers, grandchildren to grandparents with all ages in between, but our 19 & 21 year old daughters seemed to fall into a gap, too old for the teenage activities, but too young for the singles mixers.

Very good cruise. Everone was cheerful and helpful. The visit to La Paz was not very good. It is a small town not used to tourist. Instead of stopping at La Paz, go to Puerta Vallata for two day visit then Cabo for two days allowing overnight visits to these cities.

It was an average cruise except for the entertainment which was excellent. The service, food, and cleanliness were all average.

Everything seemed like a "K Mart" version of Las Vegas. Cheap shallow glitz without any of the charm, overrun by hordes of people.

Over all the ship looks and fells great

Hideous decor, obscene crowds of rude people, boring activities, so-so food, rude staff.

Staff slow to pop popcon for movies and slow to bring out blankets to the outdoor movie.

This was a great ship to be on, the activities seemed to be very adult centered. We wished there had been a little more to do during the day, such as shows. But it was also nice to have time to relax.

This is our 6th carnival cruise and the largest ship so far. It was completely sold out. The food and the ship staff were as courteous and helpful, as always. With it being so crowded, lines for food at lunch time sometimes took over an hour to get through. We are on vacation, but the stations were not run very efficiently.
