I work in Hotels regularly and everything about this ship was below par on customer service. I will never take another Carnival Cruise again.

The ship was fun and well decorated, not too obnoxious.

Pleasr STOP the audio announcements. Find another way.

waited an hour for a raw hamburger on the first day, was seated at a shaking seat at the pinacles steak house resurant on the 8th floor, the second day, and was rudely awoken several times between 2-4 A.M. from the clean up crews on the ship straightening up the deck and chairs directly above my 2k pluss room. I wont stay in this cabin again. or aboard a carnival ship either. The food sort of sucked on all levels evertywhere, I am verry dissapointed in Carnival. I had a way better time last year on Destiny out of Miami. Splendor sucks, as far as I am concearned.

THE HOT DOGS WERE INEDIBLE, TOO MUCH SALT. IN THE BUFFET, THIS WAS THE ONLY LINE THAT THEY DID NOT COME AROUND WITH COFFEE AND TEA,ETC. THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS NOT UP TO WHAT I FOUND ON OTHER LINES.. IT TOOK FOREVER TO DISEMBARK. THE CAR PARKING. AT LONG BEACH WAS EXORBITANT,

All-new features are amazing, it's like a brand new ship!

The multi-color splash pool and suspension bridge are amazing.

We went on this cruse in 2010 and we had such a good time we are bringing our boys 12 and 14. The staff was great. I watched a guy drinking like a fish he had a $3600.00 bar bill I dont think he was part of the paid intertainment but he was intertaining LOL I had a great time with my wife.

Great food and spectacular service. Great Ship and great people!

ship was impressive and kept very clean. Once I got familar with ship layout it was easy to get around from place to place. lots to do lots of entertainment.

Many activities to keep you busy while at Sea

Overall the Carnival Splendor is not bad. the decor is all about polka dots. My friend (who was a first time cruiser) thought it looked like Vegas.

Overall I do not have any complaints, my family and I had a wonderful time. I was impressed on the great service, how clean the entire staff kept the entire ship around the clock and how friendly the staff was. Always catering to us. The best part I made so many new friends from different States, that I will be sure to keep in touch with :)

The ship was kept in great condition. It was clean and well organized. I did not notice any aspect of it that was run down or in need of fixing.

Splendor is a beautiful ship with a wonderful crew. The ship was very clean and room was spacious. The food was decent. Couldn't enjoy the evening entertainment because it was always crowded. During the days on the ship, the pools were crowded. It was difficult to find places to "sun" unless you picked a spot right after breakfast. Carnival really needs to have entertainment during the afternoon also. It would be nice if Carnival used their theater for most of their entertainment. Going to Cabos San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta in August was a mistake. It was very hot and humid. Going offshore was annoying as the locals were very pushy and would not take no for an answer. We had some follow us...was kind of scary. I really wanted to do some shopping, but again the vendors were pushy. Blah!

Liked the dining choices on Lido deck. Cleanliness on board.
