Beutiful ship, great service and long lines.

The ship was wonderful, the only thing that carnival should do differently in my opinion is allow each person to list their own credit card for a sign and sail card. I went with a friend who is kind of stingy, and we used his card for our room \"sign and sail\" card, and I didn't feel comfortable using the card because it was on his credit card. Be careful who you take...don't take someone who wants to sit in the room and watch tv and/or someone who is too stingy to pay for drinks at the bar. My bad.

Cun and relaxing cruise, enjoyed the formal dining room and assigned times. Wish they had more Vegas type entertainment in the main theater each night. Lots of vendors approaching you at the the port, but once you leave the immediate area of the port things calm down.

Ship was nice and new. Has a water slide, minature golf, sevral jacuzzis and pool. Theater on the top deck, nice dining room

This was a nice ship to vacation on.

Ship's crew, service crew, and the meals were totally enjoyable and attentive. The entertainment was fun. The whole trip seemed like just a few days.

Safety was first priority to the crew and officers. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The spa and staff is wonderful.... make sure you visit and spend time with Milandi, Erika and the rest of the staff.

Ship was great enjoyed all the food choices, great entertainment, comedy club was a lot of fun, and enjoyed the adults only areas.

This was our first cruise and we really enjoyed it. The ship was amazing and it had something for everybody. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a pleasant expierience and took care of our every need. The weather was amazing and we got lots of sun! I would recommend the Carnival Splendor to anyone and everyone. We will deffinately be back!

The ship was beautiful. The staterooms seemed larger because of how they were set up.

Very good procedure for arrival at ship and disembarkation. Waiters and stateroom stewards were excellent.. Food fairly good but not great like on Celebrity.

very clean...friendly...but felt the comedy show was a little racist on religions..he wasn't that funny and put down other religions...also when I got our excursion in cabo the tv said different price then what we were charged for? we were charged more then what tv said on excursions..water, land, shopping..

THe ship was clean, organized and more than we expected!

We had a great time on the Splendor. Two couples, no kids, lots of relaxation!

Everything for the ship was fine, though every time I ate on the Lido deck buffet, I had to clear the table to sit down. This happened more that 5 times during the cruise. Most of the tables were not cleared and people were wandering around trying to find a clean table to sit at. I also found that the automatic gratuties were added at the end of the cruise which amounted to $161 for two travelers. I disputed the amount and they took off half of the \"tips\". I only really interacted with my room attendant so I feel she was worth the tip.

there was a very rude lady at guest services, I was very disappointed after the high price we paid for this trip we at least expected some excellent customer service. This was my first time sailing with Carnival I have sailed with Royal Carribean before and was treated like royalty, I honestly thought Carnival was going to be a better experienced.

I dont even know where to begin with this review. Checking in was very fast and easy but most everything after that was not. We boarded the ship at around 12:30pm and went up to the Lido Deck to eat at the buffet. We have been on at least 7 cruises and we had never seen such long lines at a buffet before. The buffet had at least 6 huge stations for lunch and it was so crowded and every day trying to eat breakfast and lunch took at least 45mins to get threw the line. When we received our bags one of them had a letter on top saying they thought they had seen something in the bag so they had gone threw it and didnt find anything. They had dumped all the cloths out and just threw them all back in. We had purchased a few shot glasses in mexico and on the last day of the cruise we walked into our room and found that there was a sock filled with glass sitting on the table and huge pieces of glass on the floor. Our room person had broken it and tried covering it up and didnt even say one word about it to us. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BELOW.!!!

it was an amazing trip we really enjoyed it.

The deco was all pink balls, cheap painted balls, ball everywhere. The designer of the ship should go back to school. You expect a ship to be over the top but this was under the top. The ports were not great. We went snorkeling in Cabos and you couldn't see thru the water as it was merky. Hated that excursion. Like Puerta Vallerta better but I will not go on Pacific cruise again. We were treated wonderfully at dinner and by our room person but the moring dining room.......it was awful......the help was in a bad mood or something.

Overall, the elegance of cruising was absent on this cruise.
