Review summary

Overall, the elegance of cruising was absent on this cruise.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The dining room was open for breakfast and lunch on ly three of the six days. Food was routine; decent but not as scrumptious as I remember on previous cruises.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Good comedians. The main stage show lacked the spark that brings the audience to their feet. Smaller room entertainment was good.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Our steward\, Agnes\, was charming and diligent. Our waiter\, Max\, was grumpy during the first 2 days. He actually told a woman at our table\, \"It's not time to place your order.\" and walked away from her.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
This ship is only four years old and well maintained. Spacious rooms and walkways. The main pool and sun deck has a retractable cov er which remained open for the duration of our sailing.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
The \"comfy king-size bed\" was a futon on a steel frame. It was terrible. I slept on the foam sofa and this was a balcony suite.

Pros: Good entertainment

Cons: TERRIBLE BED!
