Food Great. Service in the dining room needed help...... Liked all your employees, they seemed happy working for Carnival. Our group had fun despite the change of ports of call..... we would book Carnival again. Have a great Holiday Season.

Disappointing at first, once we were able to figure everything out...it was a good cruise! It would of been nice to have had a "newbie" info packet upon boarding

My only complaint is that the ship's stores were not accurate on their opening/closing times - the staff seemed to wander in 10-15 mins afterward the designated time and the customers had to wait even longer for them to setup and get the store running.

every thing was wonderful but my cabin was uncomfortable I enjoyed my cruise can't wait for the next one but I think I will be booking though carnival.

We had a very good time. My wife and I were not interested in any side trips while in the ports but we did walk around and shop a little. This was a very relaxing vacation for a couple of senior citizens.

This cruise was very affordable and had interesting ports of call. The ship was older, but clean and easy to navigate. All of the staff were great - super friendly and helpful. The food was just okay. I highly recommend taking advantage of the adults only deck and the spa.

This is the only carnival Ship I did not enjoy, photo was bad, some of the workers don't know what they are doing, wanted a photo touched up but the cashier puts the photos we wanted touched up with the other photo so, big confusion cause we never knew we had the photos

Carnival changed ports because of hurricane damage and did not offer their customers any options for future booking, cancellation or cruise credits. I will never choose Carnival again.

I understand that disasters happen, but when they do, you should not be forced to continue a cruise to destinations you did not originally book for. If your ports change, you should have the option to cancel without fees especially when the new ports are not comparable. They could have a least given us credits or discounts. Who wants to go to the Bahamas 2 times in one cruise even if they are different islands. The private island was a joke and not even worth the time it took to get there.

I liked it just wish it was for the places i paid for or a better comparison. We didn't have enough time at the one place I actually wanted to see. We drove around in circles going back which proves we could've stayed at grand Turks longer

Overall our cruise was amazing. Getting on and off the ship went very smoothly each time in port. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our whole cruise from the room, dining, spa, and entertainment.

We had a very good time. I would certainly do another Carnival Cruise in the future. The only issues we had were with our room, but nothing major. The staff was great.

Disappointing and would prefer a refund for the ports I missed or would have liked to been offered a different cruise. It was too crowded and too many young kids.

Overall, this cruise was just okay. I was a little bit happy when it was over. The ports of call were something to look forward to. The food needs work. Service was just okay. Entertainment was just okay. Nothing blew me away. This was my second time on the Splendor and the first time (2010) was much more impressive.

Overall, the cruise was great. There were a few things that weren’t great but overall very good. There was only one thing that we really didn’t like... the pushiness of the Spa Workers. We came for a nice relaxing couples massage, but constantly felt pressured to buy things. In the end, they pushed us into buying some seaweed thing for almost $200. We bought it, then returned it a few minutes later because we felt pressured into something we really didn’t want. The whole spa experience was ruined because of the constant pressure and qualifying questions. We felt sales pitched the whole time. That aside, it was a BERY good cruise and we would consider doing it again. In the past, I had been on Royal Caribbean and loved it. I was skeptical about going to Carnival, as it was a lower price and I heard that it was known as a party boat... but actually... the lack of kids on the boat made it more enjoyable. We literally saw like 50 kids on board and lots and lots of adults. That’s not to say that kids wouldn’t enjoy it... it’s just that there happened to be less kids. The cruise that was coming up next for the Splendor (the one for Thanksgiving) had 900 kids on it, so obviously kids DO go on it. Ultimately, the PEOPLE on the boat made the cruise. One of the best things was that Carnival didn’t nickel and dime you for anything. Sure, there was a fee for a weekly sofa card ($35.00 each but totally worth it), WIFI (which actually was terrible, but what can you expect at sea), and alcoholic drink card, but there wasn’t a lot of stupid fees that other ships charge you. Overall, it was a great trip.

Enjoyed the cruise. The lunch buffet need to be improved. Very clean ship and friendly staff. We had lots of fun with our group. You need a dedicated place to play cards or other games besides the one table in the library.

For some reason the ship wasn't in Miami Port on time. The cruise was good. According to my expectations. The purpose of a cruise like that is to know several different Ports and Islands and Countries. But it didn't happen because the bad weather condition. Even to be in the outside pool was hard, to much wind and not too hot. There was plenty of food so that everybody could enjoy the time inside the ship.
