This was an enjoyable break from the Covid madness, but the kinks are not quite worked out. my biggest complaint is the use of the dependency of the phone onboard. The main reason I go on cruises is because my phone will not work on board. I have to use it all day at work. I want a vacation to relax and enjoy the quiet time. I did not like having to pull out the phone to look at the menu, to see what is going on, nor trying to check in with each other. Is there any way to go on vacation without the dam phone?

Food was not as good as I remember from previous cruises, I did get explosive stomach cramps and diarrhea from one of the meals that quickly disappeared the next day. I did not like the menu layout. I go on a cruise mainly because my phone does not work and to get away from the damn thing. I DID NOT like having to carry it around with me every day to find out what was going on and what was on the menu.

Brandon is a good Guy and very nice, Please give him an attaboy. The EFFY store was great. my biggest complaint will be about how we had to find out what was going on. I miss the paper displaying the events and seriously HATED having to use my damn phone to find the events of the day. Because of that I missed several events and shows due to confusion on what I wanted to do and / or when I needed to be there. The main reason I go on Cruises is to get away from the technology. YOU ARE DESTROUING THAT by making me use it to decipher the daily activities.

As usual the shows were great, only thought two of the comics were funny, the Irish Guy style of humor was lacking and the lady comic was just plain offensive.
I really loved the towel animals lined up on the lounge chairs, that was precious.

Is this where I am to say ANDY FOR CAPTAIN?
The staff was great and the service was excellent, the only problem we had was the dining did not seat us all together at the same table so we had to make arrangement and the table we got was located in a lousy location. I tried to get it taken care of with the Matra De, but he was rude and did not care to help and just shoved us into a table next to the entrance.

I know why we stopped there, could we have gotten a little more time so we could get back in time to put our luggage out? Did not like having to haul it through the port on arrival.
signed up to have you take us back to the airport. that was a HUGE mistake! what the heck happened? stood in line for 90 minutes, nobody saying anything and no busses to take us back. no Toilets to visit and by the time we arrived at the airport, no bathrooms there either. WTF!!!
Yes, you can get by without your phone. It will take a bit of work on your part. The customer service desk has a paper copy of the day’s activities. Sometimes you can also find one at the coffee shop. You can ask for a menu, it may take awhile for the waitstaff to find one so be patient. If you have assigned seating it can be better after the first night. Appreciate your feedback.
Question…. I am with you on not wanting to carry my phone. Can we get paper copies of menus or the activities anywhere? Do they still have the computer Screens by the elevations with the activities?
