There was a lot to do on this ship, but I spent most of my time in the casino (not pictured) :)

We always had great service everywhere we went on the ship! The bartenders at the casino bar were our favorite though!

I loved our balcony room! We were initially going to just get an interior room to save some money but I’m so glad we opted for the balcony!
Ship tip
Book the late dinner! We had booked the early dining, and we had also booked shore excursions at every port...which we also ate at. So by the time we got back on the ship, not only were we a little tired, but we weren’t very hungry. So for all our future cruises we will be booking the later dining!
THE. MOST. AWESOME. EXCURSION. PERIOD. Literally, what didn’t we do on this excursion?!?! I forget what it was called but we did EVERYTHING! We kissed a ginormous sea lion named Rex, we went on a scary boat called Thriller that did 360 spins and went UNDER WATER!!! We went power snorkeling, we went zip lining into the ocean!! They also had a heights agility thing where you walked up poles but we opted out of that. We had a nice lunch and had literally THE BEST COCKTAILS ON THE PLANET! Oh yeah and we got INTO a pool full of STINGRAYS to play with them! What?!?!
We did the mini speed boat excursion! It was better than I expected! I thought this was gonna be the “boring, relaxing” excursion but I was pleasantly surprised! We started the day with our very own mini speed boat, then we enjoyed a nice Mexican buffet, and after we went to “relax” on the beach for the remainder of the excursion...where we enjoyed free drinks, Seth went jet skiing and I went parasailing!!!! (Extra $ of course) We has a BLAST!!
I love Long Beach! Partly because I grew up here haha! But we stayed at the Queen Mary before we boarded the Carnival Splendor and it was super convenient! We literally just walked to the Long Beach Terminal!
We did the Came Ride excursion and it was awesome! After the ride we got to take pictures with Powder (they called him the Brad Pitt camel because he was the prettiest) lol. We went on a nature walk, had lunch, watched a tortilla making demonstration and drank a bunch of tequila! It was so worth it! So much fun!
Everything went smoothly! We had our luggage checked so we were pretty much the last ones off the ship. But it was nice enjoying one last coffee on Lido deck waiting to disembark.
