Review summary

Our cruise was good but very disappointed in losing a port and time at another port.

Embarkation

2 out of 5
Was stuck at pier for 25 hours after embarkment was suppose to be due to engine problems.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food in the main dining rooms was amazing. The food on the buffet for breakfast was okay at best.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
They had bingo, shows, music and trivia that were fun to attend.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
They were amazing and fun to watch. I really enjoyed #Groove6.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All the staff on the ship were extremely nice and went out of their way to make you feel special every day.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was clean all over. I think the decor of the ship is outdated but it is going for a makeover in a couple months.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Large cabin with a beautiful deck that was port side in Cabo.

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

5 out of 5
We did the all inclusive adult beach resort and it was beautiful. The water and weather were perfect. We also did a lot of shopping. We will be visiting Cabo again. The only downside is we lost 2 hours at this port because of sitting at Long Beach for 25 hours.

Mazatlan, Mexico Did not visit port

We did not get to visit this port because we sat at Long Beach for 25 hours waiting for the boat to get fixed.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

3 out of 5
We did the Sea Lion excursion which was amazing! I loved every moment of it! The rest of the city looked worn down and their wasn’t much next to the pier to do.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
disembarking was quick and easy!

Ports are a perk, not guaranteed. You pd for a cruise and received a cruise. They gave you $50 obc, which was more than necessary

Did they at least compensate you?
