Value for money, very relaxed. Kids weren’t allowed to spoil the adults fun.

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Main dining room was good, one minor issue with new training staff. Buffet was good, didn’t have to wait very long but 7 days of the same stuff was enough. Didn’t get to try the speciality restaurant.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Mini-golf was fun, along with the trivia and games.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The shows in the Spectacular Lounge were very professional. Loved them. The first 2 comedians were really good while the second 2 just okay. Music in the various bars, etc, was good.
Children's Programs
Don’t have kids at home any more, but what I saw of kids stuff looked good.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The only thing that dragged it down very slightly was that there was some training going on. But you can’t get exceptional service without that training. The effort taken to recruit the right people is obviously working because their staff are excellent. Mortel in the the main dining room was amazing.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
As good as can be expected.
Cabin / Stateroom

In a quiet position far enough away from lifts that you get very little noise except for drunken people making too much noise in the corridors but that is not something the cruise line can control. The size was good with good storage, but not enough power sockets. Take your own power board. The bed was very comfortable. Heavy curtains blocked out the morning light well when we wanted that. The balcony door sealed well. Aircon worked well, reliably controlling the temp to what we wanted.
Ship tip
Ignore the colour scheme when boarding as you do get used to it. The price paid is budget compared to some other cruise lines and to a certain extent so is the product, but it is definitely great value for money.
Did the snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding excursion. Water visibility was poor but enjoyed trying the power snorkeling devices. Brief look around the port was good.
Did the salsa and salsa excursion. Fantastic. Learned to make salsa, drink endless margaritas, and attempt dancing salsa (I don’t dance). It was educational, hilarious, and great fun. Not to be missed.
2 tank dive excursion. Went out to the dive sight on a large twin hulled tourist vessel. Decent marine toilets on board for the 6.5 hour day. Visibility for the dives only 10 to 30 feet with limited fish life but did get to swim alongside a turtle. Second dive site was via a dinghy. Staff were very professional. Dive was guided by a divemaster and accompanied by a photographer. No pressure applied to by the photo’s/videos although we elected to. We stopped by whales on the way out too (the whale watching tours were pretty much the same price as ours so this was a huge bonus). Food at the end of the dives was excellent (various salads, cold meats, breads, fruit, and plenty of it!). And bottomless margaritas went down very well. The staff entertained us even to the point of putting on a lip-synced rock concert on the return trip which was hilarious.
