I enjoyed Mexico and would like to go again. I would like to try a different ship in my opinion though.
But no matter what I love Cruising and always have a great time!

Smooth and Easy. Nice new building in LA.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

I found the Dining Rooms were just fine - a little slow but not too bad at all.
The buffet was ok. Did not go to any Specialty Restaurants on this trip.
The food we had in the Dining Rooms was great. Salmon, steak, melted lava cake - of course was the absolute best thing ever!!!!!!!
Pizzeria

this place is always popular. Especially when it's late and there's nothing around to eat but this and ice cream.
Pizza was always good.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
I have to say this is the 2nd time on the Splendor and I still feel like they need a little more activities to do. Seems like they do but in MY opinion not the most exciting - especially on Sea Days. Trivia is ALWAYS fun and I really like that part. The Pools were nice - but it was a tad chilly and windy when we went in Febraury so didn't get in this time - but sat out there.
I do love the retractable roof on this Ship - certainly helps when it's really windy.
Entertainment

The main shows that were in the Spectacular was pretty spectacular! I thought those shows were the best. That has improved since we were last on this Ship in the Caribbean.
MarQ was a good cruise director!!
The Splendor Lobby and Atrium
4 out of 5
This was always a main area to go to - even though it's gets super crowded on really popular things to do - but it's a nice place to sit and hang out.
Spectacular Spectacular Main Lounge

The Spectacular was a great venue and good shows this time!

Design of the Ship is PINK -- it's a little worn but it's ok.
Cabin / Stateroom

Nothing at all bad with our room. Our Steward (Ryan) was great.
Cabo was fun!!! We did the Daylight Sailing on a sailboat. It was incredible and I highly recommend it!!!! I have never did the sailboat and it was great - would do it again. Pepe and his crew was fantastic ! The food, the every flowing of drinks was awesome! Saw humpback whales and a beautiful sunset coming back!
This port was ok in my opinion. Not a whole lot to do.
Did the excursion of colonial villages. The tour guide was informative but I found the tour just a tad boring but was interesting to see the different villages.
Would of loved to be able to have explored this port a lot longer since our Excursion was not until the late afternoon. We walked for 1 hour and found nothing!!!! (think we should of went another way) -- we went right out of the Port instead of left --- but there was nothing at all to do or see. But I will know better if we go back - which I would like too. We ended up back at the port and sat and drank some beers at the little Vendors that were there at the Port - which was fun - and cheap!
We went to Rhytm of the Nights! Incredible! Well well worth it! Highly recommend! The boat ride over to the Island was fun and the boat ride back when you are done on the Island -- must see!! They put on their own show and it's a must see! Everything was great about this Excursion!
