2nd cruise and the best one yet, this totally raises my future expectations for Carnival, the customer service was pleasant, and this ship had a good cruise director MarkQ and the spa was a real treat.

We ate at the steak house one night and service was excellent, meat was not bad. Never actually went to the dining room because we found the buffet to work out great, the wok station was so good the lines showed it too but worth the wait. I loved the chocolate station they had once was great.

We went every day here and it was delicious and I tried all the different sauces they were all very good. My husband misses it still since the trip!

This was so nice to come to once sometimes twice a day to use the spa pass on steaming and relaxing and bathing my vacation away. The women working are very sweet and I even tried acupuncture for my first time, I found it was pretty cool. All was worth the money for the weekly pass bought online, it completely made my trip feel luxurious.

With not ever eating in the dining room we did miss some interaction with the wait staff, however every single employee was great and seemed in a good mood so it was a very easy time on the ship, guests services were good but I did need to fix a overcharge by talking to the spa after trying guest services first. Our room steward Dewa was nice and great at going with our strange schedule. Seemed like all employees were well versed in customer service overall.

They were cleaning the ship none stop every where you looked. I found the funky design to be fine and not as ugly as people make it to be. The lobby rainbow lights are pretty and the pearls and pink everywhere I didn't mind!
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was nice overall the place was always clean and I never needed to ask for a towel, I asked for extra pillows and the steward bought them right away.
Should have tried an excursion, but it was a nice area to go to senior frogs and shop the port and people watch. We saw a few pretty yellow puffer fish in the dock.
It's a beautiful city, my husband and I took a private car tour guided by our driver Christian he was very informative and taught us alot about the city. We happen to catch the cliff diver just in time and get a quick picture as we drove to the old city area and back. Next time we visit I'd go to the golden zone.
Ziplining and a added locally owned tequila tasting was the best, the guys working on the airlines were fun and funny and made my first time do soo much fun, my husband went from the most afraid to the most daring in the group, going backwards and upside down, and I've always heard good tequila is smooth, it's true very easy to drink and yummy! This city is really cute and the architecture and lush forests were beautiful. Wanting to go back
We got off the ship right away so that was nice but then got randomly searched by customs and the way they talked to us made us feel bad about vacationing and interrogating lightly and askingif we were hung over, it ended the trip pourly but a small part of the trip no matter.
