Regular priced handicapped accessible rooms are available. There is a link at the bottome of the carnival.com website (guests with disabilities). There are several options to choose from and rooms cost the same as the category they are in. Happy cruising

There are some larger cabins we were told that is better access but I guess you need to call carnival next time before you book they may be able to help... happy cruising
