Going on a cruise is a very exciting experience, so when the experience doesn't quite meet your expectations it makes you feel like you wasted your time and money. We always have a good time with the crew and would like to recognize some of them here: Jane, I Kaden, Genic, Apple, and Jerim from the Main dining room Marija and Quince from the candy shop. Jade at the pool, and all the rest who got us through this time.

Happy to get off that ship… The ship rocked the whole time We were on the water, the overall service from dining to drinks was horrible, quality and quantity of the food was horrible as well

This was 8 really outstanding experiences, and two really bad experiences. I recommend you do NOT offer internet anymore OR offer internet and BOLDLY state that it is a poor experience and charge accordingly, 30-40% of your current rate. OR - FIX IT I know you can fix your debarkation situation. Someone juts dropped the ball there, I'm sure of it. Recent experiences with RCCL and Princess this year assure me you can do it.

Poor communication before the cruise about WiFi and how to communicate with each other, let alone the outside world. The Carnival App. needs some updating. Loved how it helped you stay informed of events and activities, but the items it didn't have were things like previous dinner reservations. We had to triple check our Steakhouse reservations with Guest Services.

Alaska was a bucket list cruise and it was very neat to see things. Ship was just pitiful. We have been on 13 Carnival cruises and the food and entertainment was the worst of any.

Bad, wouldn’t cruise with carnival again. Food was terrible, entertainment was bad, disembarking was bad, everything was bad, sports bar tv didn’t work They need to retire that ship

Good cruise. Long time cruiser and disappointed at loss of perks on cruise ships. Miss the welocme aboard parties, the captain's parties, and the return guests parties. Also the perks for long time cruisers getting less and less. Communication is getting worse. Often they would make an announcement and by the time you could get to a hall to hear it, it would be over. The Hub app is hard to navigate and I notice that no matter where we were, the app always said the outside temperature was the same. They are better about ship photographers not hounding you but photo equipment was set up in atrium and made it hard to get around or find a place to sit and enjoy music.

The best first experience visiting Alaska. We are looking forward in our next visit to this beautiful state

Lots of fun from start to finish! Plenty of entertainment for adults and children. Food is good and plenty of variety. Do excursions! Bars are great! Pools are heated! USE THE HUB!!! It has ALL the information on what’s happening and you can check your account at ALL TIMES!

This was not a good cruise for new cruisers. There was a lack of communication by the ship's crew and the cruisers. The food was mediocre, came cold much of the time, and was very slow to come out of the kitchen.

it was amazing, the staff was great, the food was excellent, the show look like they belong in vegas, great expirience it was my wife first cruise and cant wait for next year to take another cruise

We would still recommend this ship simply because if you're going for Relaxation, this is the way to go. Don't expect much from shows, shopping, photo taking on the ship. Do expect to be spoiled by the Stateroom attendant, Main dining room, Waiters, Servers, the buffet employees and most of the all the Chef. They will not disappoint you. Those who entertained with their music will be a great joy. We appreciate all that wore their mask to keep many of us and themselves safe. Thank you Spirit.

Overall it was a great cruise . The weather ended up being really nice with only a couple rainy days . The staff was very nice and mostly friendly all the time . Room was well maintained and very clean . Food was really good but was just warm a couple of times . Which is to be expected when feeding that many people .Will do this cruise again.

Overall, I enjoyed this Alaska cruise… found lots of adult entertainment and activities! Love the Alchemy Bar… this bar was the highlight of keeping me adult sane on the boat!

This was our 42nd Carnival cruise. It did not meet our expectations of what Carnival should be. We were saddened by the condition of the ship, lack of crew and "oh well" attitude by the staff. If this had been our first cruise, there may not have been a second.

Overall enjoyed myself and my daughter enjoy the teen club very clean.

Would definitely go from Jax port again and definitely cruise on the carnival spirit again but would check in to the embarkation for people with mobility issues. All and all it was a wonderful cruise!

This was the worst cruise experience I have ever had. Been in different cruises but this was the worst by far. Cheap food, long lines, wrong information and rood personal besides Alex and his team in the restaurant. They were amazing. Also the house keeper was very nice. MSC is way more modern and clean. All toddler rules were ridiculous. He couldn’t get to do anything nor we because we had to try to entertain our toddler ourselves. No indoor out door 5 years under play area and not allowed in the pool. Splash park was also closed when ever we go. I would never ever again book with Carnival again or recommend. My friends are planing to go next month and I advised them to go with Royal C.instead and explained them our experience. We booked initially balcony room for my parents and ocean view for us. My parents had to cancel theirs in last minute of coutures they hold almost all the money but top of that we were treated poorly because we stayed in the first floor even though we end up paying more than anyone else. They didn’t allow us to use elevators when we were carrying our luggages and toddler with stroller. Provided lower level poorer restaurant option and had to debark last. Over all experience was horrible with this cruise.
