This was 8 really outstanding experiences, and two really bad experiences.
I recommend you do NOT offer internet anymore OR offer internet and BOLDLY state that it is a poor experience and charge accordingly, 30-40% of your current rate. OR - FIX IT
I know you can fix your debarkation situation. Someone juts dropped the ball there, I'm sure of it. Recent experiences with RCCL and Princess this year assure me you can do it.

The steakhouse was PHENOMINAL - ate there 3 times. I have never enjoyed a specialty restaurant onboard before; but I keep trying. And I am glad I did.
The Chef's table too, was one glorious bite after another. If you haven't experienced this before - sign up early and DO IT.
Main dining was waaaaaay above average and the service matched the quality of the food.

I give you an excellent rating for the crew-cast - the best I've experienced in YEARS.
The female guest singers were also VERY good. The broadway guy was ok. The magicians were ok.
The comedians were good, form what I hear at the adult shows. Not so much for the PG13 shows. My only complaint was it was nearly impossible to get into the PG13 shows

Everyone was excellent. Truly. This was one of the best experiences I've had in 30 years of cruising. I will sail a Carnival Journey again.

Lawernce did a GREAT job. I really appreciated the handheld shower head.
First time in CR and it was nice. Be prepared if you take a trip/excursion to spend a good deal of time traveling to and from. Things are spread out. We stayed in town and enjoyed walking all around. the city.
Not as impressive as I had hoped. But a unique experience. I really appreciated the certificate "suitable for framing" My ONLY suggestion would be to get a guide/narrator that would put some LIFE into their presentation. Way too dry, good information, but presented horribly.
This rates one of the worst ever debarkations of all time. Did CBP expect us? Or were they surprised we showed up? And the less said about the bus transfers the better. Waiting for over an hour was inexcusable. You had lists, you knew the numbers, there are only two airports and you knew who was going where and how many. Not sure what happened but PLEASE make sure it doesn;t happen again to others. It was NOT a good note to end a vacation on.
