Review summary

This Alaskan cruise on the spirit carnival is probably my 12 carnival cruise this one was amazing breathtaking and beautiful. I know the spirit is an old ship but you need to please please fix the air conditioner especially in room 4222. Your restaurants and cafés need to stay open a little longer. Ketchikan and Victoria Canada need to be a little longer because taking excursion you don’t really get to see anything else. Thank you, Anne Prendergast.

I have a complaint all Cruies we have been on this ship food closed up to early!!!!! When we got off In Canada we did not eat when back on everything was closed…. Your Service Team Supercana Team Lead Server Kadek Team Server Setiawan Assistant Theses guys were great…. There’s no Crown-on this ship….. why do you use Pepsi products….. I hope to get merry feed back thank you, AnnePrendergast

Please be advise that took 5 days to get the air working in room 4222….. I gave 4 letters with apologies from the front desk and then the guy had to actually bring equipment to put a new part for five days that room was hot…. Please can you do something about this….. We had just got off Mardi Gras… &. Going on Valor 7-11-22 you could give me 5 days credit from Spirt at least 5 days in another cruise…. The room was Hot 5 days….. Please respond…. Thank you, AnnePrendergast

Your ship is beautiful but no air conditioner in -#4222 that worked… No crown…..& only Pepsi…. Please get the air conditioner fixed!!!!!!!

Air was Not working for 5 days . I have a letter of every day that they came and said that it was unable to be fixed then on the fifth day a repair man had the whole thing apart putting in a new part please be advised for five days it was hot muggy. I would like some form of compensation! Thank you, AnnePrendergast My rating is 1 because how hot it was !!!!!!
