Review summary

Carnival now charges for popcorn at the Dive In Theater when it’s awkward been free. There are a number of services they no longer offer. They’ve cut back in the cabin stewards and there were two times I wasn’t offered cabin service until after 9 pm so I declined.

I’ve never experienced any foods (especially in the main dining room) that I didn’t like. The lasagna and bread pudding were awful! Didn’t finish either.

Cabin cleaning/turn down service being offered once per day/night was started before Covid.

Appreciate your feedback. The $3 popcorn has been discussed since the restart on this app. Surprised you hadn’t noticed. Sorry your bread pudding wasn’t good, ours was delightful on the Horizon. The once per day room service by the room steward was also mentioned in the additional “Covid policy” you had to agree with to get your luggage tags and boarding pass. You may have agreed without reading it like so many do with the cruise contract. Sorry you were uninformed.

I don't u derstand the need for multiple cabin services daily. Heck other than checking for trash I don't really need it daily. I just like the towel animals, though I then feel guilty that the laundry people have to wash all those towels too

Thanks for the review. Cutbacks and extra charges will be the norm post-Covid to make up for lost revenue. Servicing the cabin only once per day was started a couple of years ago before Covid.
