Review summary

Average wait for "Anytime Dining" was 25 minutes. This while tables were empty in traditional dining area. Caused us to miss scheduled events. Piano bar was particularly "Adult" at all times even though in the daily paper it was described as "for all ages." Even show with Juggler had comments that were "adult" rather than family friendly. No band on board. No served beverages in buffet area. Personnel extremely friendly and efficient. Trip ended with three sea days and not much was happening on the ship. This was the second half of a B2B cruise and much needs to be done to smooth the transition for passengers. Other lines do a much better job on that. Adequate best describes the trip.

Cabin, bathroom and balcony very spacious. Telephone needs to be relocated next to bed. Light controls need to be explained. Safe usage is controlled by credit card or room card thus only one person has access. Old system where a combination was choses was superior since either person could have access to the safe.

When we did YTD in October, on the Pride, we never had to wait! We usually went between 6 and 7 o'clock and had great service.

We have never waited longer than 5 minutes for anytime dining. Have been on the Fasination, Dream and Pride

MLV83B, what type of beverage are you talking about? RCL has small bottles of wine that is served but all other beverages are self serve. So not sure what you were expecting on The Pride. As far as YTD, sometimes you do have a bit of a wait. YTD is becoming very popular. Next time maybe try a dining at a different time. I do YTD and have always been satisfied.

The only time I saw a drink device cart with coffee and juices were breakfast.

On NCL or Carnival I have never been served a drink at buffet. Because buffet is get it yourself. Hope you enjoyed your journey anyway. Which cruise line do you prefer, and why?
