Review summary

The sail & Sign system should really be more easier to understand. Once you've used up the deposit or hold amount that they put on your CC you should only be allowed to use cash so that there aren't any complications.

Why is it there job to monitor your spending? You had to of known you were getting close to your hold amount. If not take a few seconds every night before returning to your room and check you balance OR when you return check the folio on the TV. It's a very simple system, just take responsibility.

self service kiosks print your activities and you can add cash, also you can break large bills.

You can check it from TV in room and at desk downstairs any time. You can take cash to add to acct maybe but with possibility of inaccuracies because some employees are not familiar with our currency this makes most sense.

It's probably one of the simplest systems ever used. You designate a spending limit, charge to your room, and pay your bill.

You as a customer reserve the right to add as little or as much in the beginning. I always put more than I know I will use. and I always use cash not CC. Just a tip that helps me.
