The service was great! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Room U92 was an inside stateroom and it was plenty spacious. The boat is beautiful. I can't say enough great things. One thing that does need a bit of work I think is the buffet food. It was fair but I would have like a bit more variation each day. Salad bar was excellent as was dessert bar. Great experience.

we had a wonderful time - Cayman Islands is just gorgeous and the weather was perfect. Our room was great and all the on board.activities and entertainment were wonderful. Our dining room staff was top notch! We will probably book this cruise again!

this cruise was perfect for our family, because we were able to spend time in two ports, and two days at sea. Myonly suggestion would be to up grade this ship, as it is showing its age.

Although the cruise was fun, only because I was with my two best friends and we had a ton of laughs.    The cruise food was not what was expected.  The late seating dinner's food was overcooked and not tasty at all.  We ate at the buffet every night, I actually lived on the pizza.  There was smoking on the cruise.  In the year 2015 this should not be tolerated.  There was smoking in the cabins, in which we smelled in out cabin.   Smoking in areas all over the ship which was totally annoying.  I left the trip with a sinus infection, which I contribute to the smoking.  

The cruise was nice for those of us who never been on a ship before. The rooms and service were excellent. The food in the dining room to me were not that great but they were decent. The port stops to me were enjoyable. 

Overall a good experience, ALL employees very customer service oriented. Excellent service.  The only complain that I have is that either you smoke or not you have to inhale that smoke..... just walking to the Comedy show you will inhale smoke!!!! 

My friend and I are not handicapped but we do have hip and knee issues.  lots of step they had the elevators tied up with luggage deliveries for hours the first and last day.  Plus at least one or two of the elevators were not working everyday.The pool was very small with a ladder on the side that went down the wall of the pool which meant too difficult to get and out.

Food was not good at all very bland, over cooked and very small portions.  Almost everyone at our table asked for extra food every night. They really need a new chef.

The nicest thing was the wait staff always helpful, and kind. 

I have been on other Carnival Ships and this was the worst.  I will not be choosing Carnival again for my next Cruise.

Excellent cruise value but no refuge from cigarette smoke in the casino. Nice older ship but air conditioner seemed warmer then ut should be.  Everyone was pleasant.

This is the second time I've done this cruise. The last time was about 6 years ago. We love the relaxation this cruise offers. The Serenity Deck for us is the best for peace and quiet with Adults Only. 

The cruise this time had some improvements. Both my husband and I are sensitive to second hand and third had cigarette smoke which will trigger an asthma attack. They have recovered old upholstery that doesn't harbor third hand smoke. More areas of the ship are smoke free. For this I am grateful. 

However, since the Casino is not enclosed, the smoke permeates that floor and the Atrium. Also, we love music and appreciate a BAND, not especially advanced Caroke. The musicians on dhip performed as singled, not a band. Also, we could not go to the acts in the Casino Bar or the Rex Bar because of the cigarette smoke. 

The service on this cruise has always been GOOD. The food in the Elation Dining Room was good. The Salad Bar for lunch was good, but I would like to see the soup on the Salad Bar. The Omelette Bar in the morning is a hit!  The desserts are very good, especially the chocolate melting cake! 

Our family ranging in age from 67-7 months went on their first family cruise and we had a GREAT time!!!  We had three window rooms (I would not take a balcony with young children) right next to each other.  On night we used baby monitors while we stayed in an adult room and the children slept.  Our 3 year old loved Camp Carnival.  The 2 and 3 year olds along with parents and grandparents marched through the ship with the Dr. Seuss parade.  I just heard that  the 3year old is still chanting "Dr. Seuss on the loose"!

The dining room staff was excellent. After one night, they had the children's food ready for them when we entered the dining.  That kept them busy!

Cruise was not a bad none, ship is old and showing its age, if your looking for a lot of activity this not the ship. Carnival I would think should be thinking about retiring this ship from its great fleet.  Getting off ship on last day was horrible. First of all ship does not even arrive in port until 8 a,m. latest arrival in Home Port I have ever had on a Carnival ship. I am a Platnuim member and was sitting in Lounge assigned for self assist and members of this class of cruising. We did not exit the ship until 9:15 a.m. and we were first to leave. I heard many complaints about time and people who had to get to airport.

Carnival exceed expectations.  Service was excellent. Dining room servers such as Win and Christopher were great.  Bartenders at casino bar, such as Eugenia were very attentive. Band and musicians were super.  Comedy was entertaining.​ Overall, a really fun cruise!

I enjoyed working with . However, I wish Carnival had more on board events available. Specifically, they should add more events such as speed dating or mixers for heterosexual people. They had them for LGBT people (which is great), but not for hetero people. Also, the shows and entertainment on the ship were very sparse. It seemed they had 27 different Dr Seuss events for kids, but nothing much for adults. Otherwise, it was a good experience. 

Wonderful vacation, grand cayman islands was the best to visit. ...stingray city is a must do if you are adventurous and like to try something different.

We never got to Cozumel because of a medical emergency and we received no credit!  We were very disappointed to not go to Cozumel.  We were upset that we didn't not get any kind of refund.  Grand Cayman was nice, but two days there was not what we paid for.  The staff, food and entertainment was good, but the trip was a disappointment.  There were so many kids that the pool was not really enjoyable.  We will probably never use Carnival again.  We will not recommend Carnival to our friends.

The ship did not make port, because someone got sick. Instead of taken 1 passenger off & giving him medical attention, they made everyone suffer. So we went back to a boring island with nothing to do. They didn't offer comp, besides $10.04 for tax. I believe they made a terrible decision, we was already 7 hours away from the port

Everything was beautiful until someone got sick which cause the ship to cancel our Cozumel  island and just return to Tampa.  The Paradise ship meets its name as Paradise.  The food was very good and the staff was friendly.   Our room was an  Oceanview at the back of the ship but close to elevates, dinning room and the Lido desk.

First time cruising with the family.

Very impressed with all aspects of the trip, my only criticism is that the website did not make it clear that there was a formal dinner. I didn't pack accordingly and hence missed out on the best meal of the trip !

Other than that, no complaints.

We had an awesome time, great staff, great ship and beautiful ports! The staff was very attentive and they made my honeymoon wonderful. I would advise to set a curfew for kids under 18 though, they were out all night all over the place!

Good food! Clean rooms! Boat could use a little updating and needed a few things repaired but over all a fun time! Comedians were very funny,they only had 2 dance shows for a 5 day cruise. Brunch in the dining room was delicious. Drink card for the kids was worth it. We also had a case of water waiting in our room for excursions.
