This was our first Carnival Cruise and we were pleasantly surprised.  We were witnesses to a refugee rescue at sea off the coast of Cuba.  Not your usual day at sea.  We enjoyed the food, entertainment and ports of call.

We really did enjoy and 5 days was probably just right amount of time to be on the water.  Prices for drinks and pictures a little high.  Really enjoyed Cozumel Grand Cayman not easy to board  with handicapped people.   GC was over priced when you get off the ship to many sales pitches.

This was my first cruise.  I had a blast!  The staff was excellent.  The food was excellent most times.  The entertainment was fun.  The excursions were great.  I wasn't sure what to expect but I grew to appreciate the 6:00 dining at the same table with the same wonderful group of people every night and the terrific servers that we had.  They went out of their way to make sure everyone was satisfied with their food order.  I look forward to the next cruise.

The food was okay, no lobster or steak unless you paid $20 extra..entertainment was the worst we've ever had on a cruise. The comedians were good, but didn't come on until 9:30 or 10:30 for the adult show.

A great experience. Staff was wonderful, Good food. A lot of fun. We met alot of very nice friendly people. On my next cruise I would like to have more port time and less time on the boat.

This was my family's first cruise & we enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was great & we always had what we needed. The entertainment was awesome & there was always something to do.

The two stops were great and that is the only positive.  Lets start with the cabin, ice cold even with the so called a/c off!  Sun deck to the food had to walk through all the smokers.  Also around the casino area again lots of smokers.  Music way to loud, no quiet areas to just sit and enjoy any soft music.  Signed up for early dinner, felt way to rushed.  Only hot item on the menu was the soup, rest was just lukewarm.  Way to many uncontrolled children!  Thank goodness this was not our first cruise otherwise I will not be taking another. 

I took my children on our first cruise for a Christmas present this year.  We didn't have any real expectations.  While the ship was older, it was well maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly, and helpful.

Great Trip. Excellent staff and amazing food! Make sure you do your research for each destination so you are not lost or overwhelmed at each port. The wait staff makes an extra effort to make it the best time of your life.

My family of 4 went on this cruise and enjoyed every minute of it.  The cruise ship was the perfect size not too big or too small.  There was plenty for us to do if we wanted to and plenty of room to just sit back an relax. We are looking forward to our next vacation.

Great experiences!!!  Specifically our cabin steward Masduki more than anticipated our needs, our dining waiters Renanite made sure our 1 year old had special food/fruit to keep him happy throughout the long dining experience, Daisey interacted with our 1 year old to keep him happy, Agnes wen out of his way to make us feel special, line cook Panida provided great joy to our son every morning and helped make the oatmeal like what he gets at home by adding a little extra cinnamon to his bowl.

we had a good time, we'd wish there was more time in Cozumel, since we was a bit late getting into port. So our excursion pretty much took the whole thing, and was rushed from the ship to the other boat & bus & on the way back, it was the same way rushed from the bus to boat & to ship. But for cruises Only on the booking working with Carnival on our handicap room, was supposed to be 2 twin beds which at first was a king & then they fixed it. We like carnival, and will cruise with them again. But not sure it will be on the Paradise again, the ship was a bit dated & buffet stemmed to have the same food everyday, so that was kinda sad. But all in all, I'll say we had a good time, even though we also had to ask for things in our room most of the time, which we should not of had to. And the magnet on the back of the room door, took almost 2 people to pull apart from bathroom room door every time you opened the door to go in or out, that was really bad. 

We have cruised before but this was the first time in a suite.  We loved it-- alot of room and loved the private balcony.   The trip excursions were good-- love the turtle farm and we did snorkling in Cozumel.  However, I became sick the next day-- sore throat, coughing and congestion-- I don't think the equipment was cleaned well.   Steve, the cruise director, we love--- we've had him before-- always fun.  Food good--- service people wonderful and friendly.  Would love to do it again.   If able --- always get a suite!!!!!!

This trip was supposed to be a family vacation to celebrate my birthday and spend time together. The trip started with a horrible experience in the port of Tampa. The port is poorly organized, the staff is extremely rude and it is not very easy to get to. Once on the ship we were treated very well. The cruise did lack entertainment and often times we found ourselves bored. The food was plentiful but not necessarily all that good. The ship staff was, with one exception, very friendly. The ship's laundry facility were very poor and not in good working order. Overall, not the best experience and I think for my next cruise I will try a different cruise line. 

The trip was well worth it and would do it again for a short trip during NYE! Friendly staff and great service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was our first Cruise and we had a god experience,only think that i thought we could improve is if we could have some more varieties of food like chinese and Indian.

We have been on carnival many times. This is the  first time that all the staff were not extremely friendly. I was saddened by the sarcasm that was used to address any concerns. They did correct the problem but I felt like I was causing them an inconvenience.

Outside of a few small hiccups the trip was really nice!  The food was good but didn't live up to the raves I had heard from others about how good the food is on cruises.  I was very disappointed the third kiddie pool was closed for maintenance because laying by the pool became a chore with my 3-year old grandson.  We envisioned a space for him to frolic safely and that didn't happen.  Take Dramamine 24-hours before you get on the ship and at the first sign of sickness if it persists while on the trip.  Otherwise, it was a great experience and we will probably cruise again.

Food is fine.  Not 5 star but this boat had lots of variety all day plus a grill for burgers and dogs and pizza all the time.  The buffet was open with great breakfast choices and a omlette station.  Lunch was good variety.  Plenty of chairs to sun yourself, no need to fight for a good spot.  Needs more entertainment. At night they had a show every other night.  It should be every night.  Comedians were only ther one night that should/could be a little more also.   

For a short cruise it was great. I think everyone was there to have fun. The kids club was awesome. The food was very good and the staff was friendly. I thought the bar service was poor in the dining room. It took forever to get any service. My only other complaint is the piano bar guy is really not nearly as good as most piano bar entertainers are in general. When there isn't much going on that would be a fun place to hang out if they would get a new guy (or gal)! Overall had a great time.
