Review summary

We have been on carnival many times. This is the first time that all the staff were not extremely friendly. I was saddened by the sarcasm that was used to address any concerns. They did correct the problem but I felt like I was causing them an inconvenience.

Eferon was so wonderful has 4 month old baby such a nice young man. Russell was very efficient and pleasant.

I've traveled carnival many times. This will definitely be my last on Paradise. My 3rd cruise on Paradise & it's definitely went down hill. food was nasty & service was horrible!
