Cruise was a wonderful opportunity to be with family. Kids had a great time and supper provided a good time for children to tell their grandparents about their fabuous adventures.

Cruise was nice and relaxing. Catalina was a waste of a stop; most shops were closed during our time there.

Nice but not great by MsDWig

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Carnival Miracle

Being on the ocean is always great! It was by far not the worst cruise I have been on but not the best. Of all the families that were in our group, I am glad our cabin was the worst because I would be embarrassed for recommending the ship if they had bad water or no AC. We made the best of it at the moment and chose not the think too much about the down sides until after.

Adventure on the sea by Astone87

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Miracle / Destination: Hawaii

Four Half days at sea with no idea that we were gonna miss support until we got to Maui and then always given was $50 per person for missing Kauai port , One of my excursions got canceled due to the weren’t a lot of people that wanted to do it but instead of giving something else they just refunded our money. We hit a lot of storms which again not their fault but The captain could’ve communicated a lot better about how bad it was going to be. We paid for The most expensive Internet package to stay in contact with my family yet it was so expensive and most of the time we had no Internet at all. Overall the Cruise and staff were amazing but this was my honeymoon and we were really wanting to go to all of the ports and it just was very poorly communicated.

Was a nice experience could have tour went smoother at some of the ports regarding the getting off and should of had more time at the last port wasn't even worth stopping if you are rushed for your tour not enjoyable.

Loudest room ever by hampiton

Overall good cruise, seemed typical of other carnival cruises. Cruise did not feel crowded at all. Room 6126 was extremely loud and would not recommend.

It was Okay by fictitia1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Carnival Miracle

It was ok. I had fun. I got covid from the cruise. Weather was bad and put a damper on things and we couldn't get off at Catalina. Food isn't good so bring your own snacks. But overall not bad.

I do not recommend Carnival Miracle by teresaprogers

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Miracle

We were promised a $50 onboard credit. Even though I had printed out my booking with the promised OBC they said they couldn’t verify it. Hello it’s printed on my booking. The food everywhere on this cruise is mostly inedible. Cafeteria grade food at best. Carnival has cheaper out and cut the buffet at dinner down to one small station of leftovers from Lunch. The main dinning room wasn’t much better. I don’t understand what happened to Carnivals quality of food. We were on the Panorama in August and unless we ate in the paid dinning rooms it was much the same. I guess it’s time to go back to cruising NCL.

Not worth the money by Farinskytrip

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Carnival Miracle

Again, very upset about the last minute port changes. When I spoke with customer service they had nothing really to say and less to offer for the inconvenience. I would not have booked a 6 day cruise for San Diego and Catalina Island. Next vacation will be a destination one. Not really sure I like the cruise mentality of being in charge.

Adios Carnival by jblank2123

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Miracle

Well we will make this our last Carnival cruise. It started when they broke a wheel off of our new hard case luggage. They did provide a new soft side bag (thank you Adean). The next problem was when we were returning to our cabin there was a worker in the hallway across from our cabin with the cover off the utility closet and a sewage smell. We quickly went in and changed clothes and left. Later when we returned the closet was closed and the smell gone. That was the good news. The carpet in our cabin was wet in numerous places. I had trouble communicating with the person who answered the phone for cabin stewards, not our usual person answered. Since I wasn't sure if they understood I called guest services. They had to have a carpet cleaner extract the water from the carpet. Then we had a large floor fan that was very loud in our cabin. My wife hit her foot and ankle on it multiple times. We finally got it removed and would not let them bring it back. Our next problem was with the door lock. I get up early and let my wife sleep. When I came back the card would be open the lock. I went back out to retun in a half hour just incase she had looked it from the inside. The steward was right there and tried her card as well. She said there was a problem and would call the supervisor. I said I will give my Wife another 45 minutes then we can try again. I came back an the lock still did not work but my Wife happened to hear me trying to get in so she opened the door. I went inside and we got ready to go out and we could not open the door. I called the Steward and again it was not sure if they understood. I called guest services again and they were outside when they came to open the door. This happens two more times !!!!! They asked after all this when there were only 4 days left if we wanted to change cabins! I had asked when this all started to change. They finally gave us 4 drink tickets and a select from the menu as the steak house was booked up. I got surf & turf, sure glad I didn't pay as the lobster was so tough I couldn't get it out of the shell and the filet mignon was a half inch thick. Not good.
